Fourth of July bike parade set in Sugar Grove SUGAR GROVE – Participants for the annual Fourth of July Sugar Grove bike parade can line up at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at John Shields Elementary School, 85 Main St., Sugar Grove. The parade starts at 1 p.m. Participants may decorate bikes, wheelchairs, strollers and wagons.
