Whiteside County Housing Authority is hiring an Executive Director responsible for the operations of WCHA. Person must have Public Housing Management experience. Will oversee a staff of 21 people that manage and provide maintenance for 722 units. The individual will monitor budgets totaling over $4 million dollars. Bachelors degree in business admin., finance, public housing mgmt is preferred or comparable experience. Salary is $60k to $80k based on experience. Benefits include: health insurance, retirement (13.7%), vacation and sick.
