It takes more than dreams and hard work to build a successful retirement. Chris Eller and his team at the Retirement Specialists have the experience to help clients reach their goals, providing advice to help ensure economic security in retirement.

According to Eller, clients should be sitting down with a planner at least five years before the start of retirement. “Those 5 years before retirement are crucial. There are so many choices people make in that window which greatly impact the retirement they get to enjoy.” As a Certified Retirement Counselor®, he has designed the practice around the needs of retirees; investments, life insurance, long term care, Medicare, wealth transition; they can address it all.

In 2020, he expanded the practice to include tax services. According to Eller, “Taxes are such a huge part of financial planning it only made sense to bring in a CPA and team of experienced tax professionals to compliment what we do. The response in year one just outstanding and we are in the process of adding additional tax preparers in 2022 to handle new clients.” Eller pointed out; the tax service is open to everyone, not just clients of the investment practice.

When it comes to retirement, it’s often the items and decisions people take for granted which have the biggest impacts. Eller and his team want to educate their clients so they can properly navigate these issues to promote financial security and help realize the retirement of their dreams.
