VILLAGE OF CARY
On behalf of the Village Board and the Village of Cary, I would like to welcome you to our community. Whether you are a resident, business owner, local employee, or a visitor, I encourage you to take advantage of all that the Village of Cary has to offer. Our Village is recognized for the amenities it offers; exceptional schools in District 26 and District 155, an award-winning Park District that boasts great recreational activities during all seasons and for all ages, easy access to Metra commuter train service which provides daily trips to downtown Chicago, and the beautiful 196-acre Cary Lake at Rotary Park. The Village of Cary offers friendly, beautiful neighborhoods, convenient to schools, shopping and transportation. Last year, the Village was excited to complete the construction of the new Cary Municipal Center building located at 755 Georgetown Drive. This year, in conjunction with the Rotary Club, the Village is planning to begin construction on a new pavilion at Cary Lake at Rotary Park. We hope this will be first of many improvements at our beautiful park. Stay tuned this spring for the return of downtown Cary’s Alfresco Alley, a wonderful spot for our residents to enjoy outdoor dining. The Village of Cary enjoys partnering with the Chamber of Commerce and local organizations to promote special events including the Cary Cruise Nights, the Merry Cary Parade and Festival, and the Rotary Club’s Summer and Winter Farmers Market.
