Tina Maldanado won the Christmas Tree Decorating Contest. LCCOA received several entries for the contest, which didn’t require experience or tree decorating skills; just some Christmas spirit and a camera. Tina won a special gift basket — and gets bragging rights for a whole year. Congratulations, Tina!
