This is Shawn. This is my personal portfolio. At frist, I want to thank those people who help me. It's a long jerney to discover the world of architecture. Here's six porject for you. I'll tell you six stories. I always believe things will have orther possiblity to make the things different, and people deserve better world. Please enjoy this portfolio. 1 FOREST SHELTER story

According to the developmentof the city, these are many forests disappeared. If the school can become the Habitat of the trees in the area. It'll educate the next generation to live with trees. And bring a forest for future

IF the school become a forest shelter. Then the school will be very different in different season even different. It's live! Depends on the developmentof city, the school will accept more trees. Using the vacation of elementary school to move the trees. And let the people who lives around here. Make a forest in the city

People and childen can live with the forest. That will become their memory. This is the best school for everyone.

Using the analysis to make the site can make more trees live. Make the Structural System is easy to copy, then there will be more school like this. Not only the parts can exchange but also makeing air much more clean. More health more happienss for future.

2 DANCING TOWER story

In the modern city. People trapped in the office " BOX " There's a expressway next to the side. Just lilke a energe to force the tower dancing. This power bring the green up to the tower. At the same time, the airflow will easily go through the surface of tower.

Each floor will have some green space. It can recycle the clean water, and that it go down. On the top of the tower, there's a water pool. It can store the rain water and water the plants every floors. In this way, the working environment will become better.

The plants in the building will store the sunlight energe. And clear the air. The plants will become the symbol of the tower. Make the working place Interesting.

Maybe someday, the city will have more green space. Like this tower. Then I believe the city will become more beautiful and easy to close.

3 VOICE BLOCK story

There's always some voice everywhere. But sometimes we don't really realize what's couse that, where's is come from. In this old street have many voice. If the voice couse the space. What kind of voice will be that? Is there any passibility to make a exhibition of Voice? Close your eyes to feel the space.

these are block unit design. Different block can make different voice. They can be composed. Like a music. The most interesting part is everyone can create his own voice!

Not only using computer to design the block but also using CNC to make it real. Not only in digi world but also Reality.

Using the original block I have designed, conbine the Chladni plate to create a screen can exhibit the voice. I hope people can feel that.

Using the grasshopper and Rhino, made the unit can move with the different voice. I want to put the design outdoor. Create a new landscape.

4 UNSINKABLE ISLAND story

Venice is sinking. In future, what kind of situation will happen. When there's a few people coming here. A new entrance will be need. 41

The exhibition unit can move away if active necessary. And create better marco climate situation for the museum inside.

In Venice there will be a new light. Bring the people back. This museum can serves whole Venice. The parts can moves through the water way, makes different exhibitions everywhere in Venice. At the same time bring the exhibition back to the museum.

Because the whole mesuem is floating. It needs to design the part under water. The buttem will make the museum steading.

Venice is the city of arts and culture. New museum can bring more activities to such butiful place. Made the Venice better.

5 REVERSED SKYLINE story

This is a 60 years comunity in the moden city. The trees are living with this house. Reverse the skyline to let the story can be seem. Keep the trees which have lived here. They can tell the story they have seem.

The image of the comunity will be keeping. Become a new symbow for the people who lived here before. To make the new space be the part of their life. Hand made plan and section is basic tool for the designer to realize the design.

When sunset, the light will bring the different image. Before that's the house belong the owner. But right now, the active will be show. Using the activities to communicate. 57

Old memory shouldn't loss. We always need to remind ourself. Keep the old trees, and make a better place they can live. Bring the memory to the future.

6 STANDING ROCK story

Faith is like a rock standing in the water. Everything is change, but your faith will allways stands there to support you. 63
This church is near the water, create a very quite space inside. It will bring the people who come to here get close to the god. 65
Like a rock in water, water bring the life close here. there will have lot of activities here. The best way to make the people believe is making their life better.
