Reuse the Nymphaeum
A theater of wood, stone and shadow January - February, 2023 Rome,Italy Individual Work Transforing a long-abandoned water temple into a theater park for civic activities.By strategically designing gaps between locally sourced wood and stone, I introduced light and shadow into the space, fostering a symbiotic relationship between architecture and the environment. Intended to explore the selection and application of building materials, the connection of building nodes, and the different experiences of light and shadow changes on human activities in the space.

The initial graphic design of the site was carried out according to strict modules. The original width of a room was roughly 3 column spacings, with a depth of 1.5 column spacings
Plane Derivation
Historical Evolution
The newly built part of the building also follows the original modulus for extension. Finally, a circle centered around the center of the stage with a radius of six column spacings is formed

Graphic Statics
Research and Selection of Large Public Building Structures October - November, 2023 Beijing,China Individual Work Graphical statics describes the relationship between form and force in threedimensional mechanics in the form of diagrams. Breaking away from the conventional design approach of deducing force through form, researching a new architectural design method of deducing form through design forces, in order to find the optimal solution for the force. Intended to research the relationship between force and form, as well as the connection of building nodes.
Relations Between Form And Force
2D Topological Research
Equal quantity
When two vectors are combined, a parallelogram is formed by taking the line segment representing these two vectors as the adjacent edge, and the diagonal of this parallelogram represents the size and direction of the combined vector. ____ Pierre Valion <Parallelogram Law> 1726

Form
Force
The change in suspension form will inevitably bring about a change in the magnitude of the force, and conversely, a change in the magnitude of the force will also cause a change in the suspension form. The inseparable relationship between this form and the applied force is called "reciprocity".

TATTOOED CITY
Urban design of the South Gate District of Xi'an March - June, 2023 Xi'an,China Individual Work By extracting the collective memory elements of the indigenous people of Xi'an, a new corridor is built to optimize and balance the relationship between public areas, living areas, and commercial areas. Transforming the previously chaotic old urban area into a new type of community with harmonious coexistence of three parties. Aiming to renovate the old urban area, creating a pleasant, comfortable, and meaningful urban environment by focusing on multiple sensory experiences.

Square
Issue 1: Lack of Public Space
Solution 1
Structure Plan
Main axis Potential new-built
Metro 1.Closed square space blocked the sight and the material makes the space discord. Public area
2.The size of the space is not enough to run off the flow here. 3.Unnecessary walls make the space lack of quality and ocupy useful spaces. 4.Usage rate of the square inside is low.
Issue 2: Residential and Commercial Mismatch
Abundance of public activities by setting different nodes.
Commercial area
Solution 2
Residential area
1.The conflict between the mall and the residential building. 2.Old residential buildings, lack of supporting facilities and safety hazards. 3.Residential buildings are relatively closed and disorderly, dilapidated and cramped. 4.Low quality and lack of vitality of commercial along the street.
Issue3:The Residential Areas in the Precinct Lack Vitality
Design diversified commercial buildings to meet different business models for different usage needs.
Solution 3 Public area axis
1.The population structure is single, populationThe aging situation is serious. 2.The living space structure is single. 3.The settlements are divided by walls, and the space arrangement is not tight. 4.The openness of street blocks is weak, and transportation in the blocks is inconvenient.
Increase basic public facilities, form new residential models.

Relics of a Thousand years and Garbage of a Century City image design of Zabbaleen people July - Augest, 2023 Cairo,Egypt Individual Work By drawing inspiration from Palladio's paintings to create scenes of life, work, and religion in the city of Cairo in the minds of the Zabbaleen people, this satirizes the oppression of the Zabbaleen people by the Cairo government. Revealed the challenges and injustices faced by their group of people. Intended to fuse architecture with humanistic and contextual qualities and enhance people's understanding of the lower and peripheral groups through the language of architecture.
