New mechanical and electrical installations were carried out. A small industrial kitchen was created for the adjacent café. In a separate building adjacent to the main building, render repairs were made to the main house porch; sections of render were re-applied and decorated.

Achievements •

As this was a listed heritage building, much of the work carried out was of a conservation nature.

In the adjacent toilet accommodation new sanitary ware was installed.

Achievements •

The graphics for the wall finishes were mounted behind the reception desk and adjacent walls. This had to be done out of hours during the evening due to the scale of the montage.
