Welcome to our new season at

Camberley Theatre

Andy Edmeads Venue Manager Firstly, thank you for supporting us and attending shows in the autumn. We enjoyed so many sold out shows and had some wonderful feedback. In a time when there’s still much uncertainty, I don’t take your custom and support for granted and I hope you’ve enjoyed attending our shows and events. All things considered, we had a good 2021 with some great shows and we’re pleased to be unveiling our fresh new look (following some essential maintenance to the front of the venue) and we’re ready for an even better 2022!

Comedy is one of the things we do best here, and we’re delighted to be welcoming the fabulous Jenny Éclair, Henning Wehn, Luke Kempner, Dom Joly and Ed Byrne this season. Another must see for comedy fans is Newsrevue; holders of the Guinness World Record for the longest running live comedy show on the planet, NewsRevue is a fast-moving mix of sketches and songs, propelling you through the world’s news and current events at breakneck pace. It’s not to be missed and I’m very excited to be bringing this to Camberley Theatre.

We’ve made some changes to try and improve our service over the last few months and make your experience even better. Many of you have been using our app to pre-order drinks and save time queuing at the bar. You may have noticed you now receive a text message from us on the day of the show. This text includes a link to your tickets so you can just show this on your phone when you want to enter the Auditorium. You no longer need to fret about mislaid tickets – particularly useful if your show has been rearranged due to the pandemic. The link also contains FAQs so do check this if you have a query as it will be quicker than calling us on the phone. I hope you find this service useful; it’s completely free and doesn’t matter what method of ticketing you’ve chosen; as long as you have a mobile number in our system you’ll get a message from us. Log in to your account or speak to the Box Office or to check your details and make sure they’re up to date.

For live music lovers, we’ve a great line up of tribute shows paying homage to Gladys Knight, Neil Diamond, Celine Dion, Elvis, The Rolling Stones and many more! Some of these shows have already sold out – contact the Box Office if you’d like to be added to the waiting list.

If, like me, you’re a fan of the film Moulin Rouge, then Come What May is a fantastic tribute to Baz Lurhman’s cinematic masterpiece. Featuring all the songs (and some other well-known movie numbers) the show stars former Strictly dancer Robin Windsor. It promises to be Spectacular! Spectacular! Tickets for all of these and much more can be found on our website, so do head over to CamberleyTheatre.co.uk for more info. As ever, thank you for supporting us and the team here look forward to welcoming you back to Camberley Theatre very soon.
