The Auditorium is the perfect space for corporate conferences, large weddings, charity events and performances. We regularly welcome dance schools and community groups to the venue for performances and rehearsals and our Box Office can manage all your ticketing needs.

Our Spaces Function Room The Function Room can accommodate 100 people cabaret style or 120 Theatre style and is regularly used for small scale theatre and comedy performances. This space is also equipped for conferencing and meetings with AV technology if required. The Function Room, like all our spaces, is equipped with free WI-FI.
The Function Room is licensed for Weddings and can hold ceremonies and receptions and has its own personal bar. The space is also available for engagement, christening and birthday celebrations and is a calm, quiet place for funeral receptions.

Our Spaces Conference Room The Conference Room can be hired with the Function Room or separately for small meetings and conferences. The Conference Room has a large Plasma screen fitted and can accommodate up to 40 people Theatre style or 20 boardroom.

Our Spaces Studio Our sprung floored studio is popular with dance schools and children’s groups and is a great space for rehearsals or craft activities. The space has also been used for Yoga and Pilates classes and is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs or lift.

Kids Parties
Our kids parties are fully staffed and come complete with food, drink (even free tea and coffee for parents!) and invites. All you need to do is party bags and birthday cake! We offer Cinema, Storytelling, Popstar, Dance and Traditional Games Parties and these come highly recommended! “Fantastic venue and space and the lady who ran the party was absolutely lovely and could not do enough for us”. “Everything was handled in such a calm and organised way. The children loved it and I did too - stress free!” 95% would recommend us to someone else. 90% rated the staff as either good or excellent. 90% rated their overall experience as either good or excellent.

Our function room and auditorium (including stage!) are fully licensed for weddings, civil ceremonies and can accommodate receptions for up to 200 people making us one of the largest venues in the area. FAQs Can I bring my own food? We do not offer self-catering but have a range of menu’s to suit many tastes and budgets. Let us know when you book. How can I find out more about your Kids Parties? Please see our website or separate Kids Party flyer. The Box Office will also be able to answer any questions Can I bring my own technical equipment? Yes; we can provide most things you’ll need for your event and are often cheaper than other hire companies. We recommend you speak to us when booking and let us know your requirements. How far in advance can you book? We generally take bookings up to two years in advance, and Thursday – Saturday are our busiest days. Do I need to pay upfront? Most of our hires are settled post-show/event but require a deposit. For all parties and private hire functions full payment is required two weeks before. What services can you provide? We can source a DJ, live bands, comedians and photo booths for parties and events. We have full audio/visual facilities in all our spaces and have experience in-house technicians to make your hire extra special For weddings we have recommended suppliers for items such as flowers, drapes, lighting and chair covers and can offer completive rates on these. However, you are able to bring your own if you wish. Do I get exclusive use of the venue? This depends on what space you hire and the nature of your event. For weddings in the Auditorium, we would not hold any other events at the Theatre but for smaller hires in the Conference Room for example, we would try and fill the other spaces.
Are you privately owned? Camberley Theatre is owned and managed by Surrey Heath Borough Council.

How to find us
By Road Camberley Theatre is very easily accessible by road. Junctions 3 & 4 of the M3 motorway are approximately 2 miles away, with the A30 linking Camberley to many local areas.
Public Transport The train and bus stations are just a 2 minute walk away.
Parking A public car park is located directly behind The Camberley Theatre and this stays open for all our events. This is a ticket-less car park so please remember your vehicle registration number. Payment can be made at the Box Office.
