Fluke Corporation, the global leader in portable electronic test and measurement technology, has introduced the industry’s most advanced, capable and comprehensive family of clamp meters, designed to meet every requirement for testing and maintaining electrical systems, industrial equipment and controls, and commercial and industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. With this new family of clamp meters, Fluke provides a range of state-of-the-art features to meet even the most demanding requirements for flexibility, safety and performance. These revolutionary and innovative test tools include: Fluke 381 Remote Display True-rms AC/DC Clamp Meter, a full-featured meter that features the industry’s first detachable display. Fluke 376 True-rms AC/DC Clamp Meter is designed for testing large industrial motors and other high current applications in the toughest industrial environments. The Fluke 381 and Fluke 376 are shipped with the new Fluke iFlexTM flexible current probe. Fluke 374 and 375 True-rms AC/DC Clamp Meters measure both ac and dc current. The Fluke 375 is designed for use with common motors and drives below 600A. Its low pass filter and ability to measure mV dc make it ideal for industry. The Fluke 374 measures both ac and dc current, which is important for security systems, basic motors and uninterruptible power supply systems. Fluke 373 True-rms AC Clamp Meter - General purpose clamp meter offers durability and accuracy for great value. Fluke iFlex Flexible Current Probes expand the measurement range of compatible Fluke meters to 2500 A ac with ultimate measurement flexibility. The large coil reaches around large conductors and fits between tightly-packed cables. A six-foot cord allows measurement at a distance for easier viewing. Every clamp meter in the family is improved: They feature thinner, smaller jaws for easier use inside crowded equipment cabinets, large backlit displays, true-rms standard and improved overmolding for easier handling and improved survival if dropped. Safety ratings are also improved. The Fluke 381, 376, 375, 374 and iFlex current probes are rated for safe use in hazard category IV (CAT IV) 600 V environments (CAT IV 600 V, CAT III 1000 V) as defined by safety regulators in the US, Canada and Europe. The Fluke 373 is rated CAT IV 300 V, CAT III 600 V. A rating of CAT IV 600 V is required for use in outdoor environments.
BURNDYWeld QIKLITE
The Next Generation of Exothermic Ignition
BURNDY, a leading manufacturer and provider of connector solutions to the industrial, energy, construction, telecommunication, petrochemical, data center, and transportation industries, announces the introduction of the BURNDYWeld QIKLITE battery operated ignition system for exothermic connections. This new system uses innovative technology combined with traditional features and benefits unmatched in the industry. The BURNDY QIKLITE unit is the only remote exothermic system that guarantees ignition 100% of the time. The self contained unit offers a built-in battery life indicator, 6’ igniter cord, and separate buttons for power and ignition. Also, no starting powder is used with this system so emissions are greatly reduced. QIKLITE works with standard molds and weld metal, so contractors and installers can continue to use the same quality BURNDYWeld products and have the option of using a traditional flint igniter or the new QIKLITE system. Another feature is the speed of ignition, with virtually no delay between depressing the “push to operate” button and ignition of the weld metal.
The simple system that uses standard molds and weld metal, and is almost identical to the standard exothermic procedure.
This instant ignition feature offers quick reassurance to the installer, without the delay experienced with other options currently on the market. BURNDY continues to offer solutions to the grounding market and the BURNDYWeld QIKLITE system is another valuable part of BURNDY’s grounding platform of mechanical, compression, and exothermic options as well as a full line of accessory products. Vaporgard LED Series Installation and replacement made simple This contractor friendly design is ideal for both retrofit and new construction applications. These luminaires are installed using the same wall and ceiling mounting modules as existing Vaporgard fixtures
Safe, reliable heat transfer Heatsink - engineered to safely and effectively remove heat from the LED and the driver, while providing durable protection for the optical elements of the fixture. This unique design increases overall flexibility of the luminaire by reducing both driver temperature and junction temperature of the LED arrays.
Unique domeless, low profile design Unique domeless, low profile design for low mounting heights and confined spaces where icandescent and HID based luminaires are too large to fit the mechanical envelope required.
Easy Maintenance and Component Replacement The compact and modular design of the Vaporgard LED allows for both easy component replacement and future upgrade
LED Arrays Four high power multi-die LED arrays provide instant on and full illumination throughout specified operational temperature range. Since LEDs contain no filament or lamp, the fixture can survive even the harshest environmental conditions and exposure to high, repeated vibration.

New SmartlockPro Slim GFCIs Install Easily Industry-leading quality, professional grade lockout action, and the slimmest profile on the market make SmartlockPro Slim GFCIs the smartest choice in ground fault circuit interrupter protection. Faster and easier to install in any wallbox because depth is reduced, the slim GFCIs flush count to the wall with minimal protrusion for a sleek, finished look. Enhanced features include external back wiring for positive indication the wire is properly seated, exceptional resistance to wire pullout, and the ability to withstand high torque.
The SmartlockPro Protection Advantage Patented Reset Lockout
LED Indicator for Line-Load Reversal
The Reset Lockout feature provides an end-of-life indication and prevents reset if a SmartlockPro GFCI is damaged so that it cannot respond to a ground fault. Competitive GFCIs may allow reset even if they are no longer providing protection. The SmartlockPro RESET button will not engage if:
If a SmartlockPRO GFCI is miswired during installation (line-load reversal) it cannot be reset. The green LED will be ON to indicate a line-load reversal. One the GFCI is properly wired and can be reset, the LED acts as a power indicator that remains ON as long as the GFCI is operating correctly and providing power. Unlike some other designs that employ a one-time feature, Leviton’s line-load reversal protectio nis not lost or disabled after intitial installation.
The GFCI is miswired to to reversal of the line and load levels There is no power being supplied to the GFCI The GFCI cannot pass internal test
