WAREHOUSE AND DELIVERY Warehouse and Delivery Associates play an essential role in our culture of growth. Your operational skill directly impacts our ability to provide the best customer experience. Receiving, transfers, kitting, pulling orders, stocking material, and shipping are important contributions by the Warehouse and Delivery Associate. It is your commitment to accuracy with a sense of urgency that sets Shealy Electrical apart from our competition and builds a sense of loyalty from our customers. It begins and ends with you.
What makes the Counter Sales Associate role so dynamic is the ability to speak the customer’s language and understand their business. The better we know our customer’s business, the better we are.
COUNTER SALES As the customer explains their needs, the Counter Sales Associate actively listens to determine the best way to meet the customer’s expectations. Your contribution includes understanding the products being ordered, entering the order, locating and pulling the material, and assisting the customer in loading the purchases into their vehicle. This 100% customer coverage demonstrates from beginning to end our commitment to a positive and efficient customer experience.
INSIDE ACCOUNT MANAGER At Shealy Electrical, the Inside Account Manager role is essential in our mission to provide customers with a fantastic experience. IAMs are a one-stop-shop for sales support and customer service. The IAM‘s role begins with their friendly, helpful attitude when a customer calls. The IAM assesses and addresses the customer‘s needs. Relying on their superior product knowledge, the IAM ensures that the customer has everything they will need for the job site. Teamwork and cooperation are huge factors in the IAM‘s day-to-day operations, as they will be working together with outside account managers in order to process transactions and manage accounts. The IAM‘s value to the company extends far beyond processing transactions; from initiating process improvements, relaying technical expertise, gathering market information, IAMs play a unique role in Shealy‘s business success.
PROJECT MANAGER The competitive electrical industry requires we take advantage of every possible method to serve the customer. One of the value added services that Shealy Electrical provides is Project Managment. Project Management is the coordination and management of construction project activities for our customers. Construction projects are not completed in a day, and contractors have more than enough logistics to worry about in the course of a job. Our Project Managers ensure that contractors have all the right material at the right time. Project Managers know the details throughout the project and are a great source of information and support for the contractor.
ACCOUNT MANAGER The road warrior. The person in the field. Shealy Electrical Account Managers work in a fast-paced environment, calling on our valued customers through personal sales visits to generate revenue and promote our unique brand of solutions. Quick to spot new business opportunities, the Account Manager role is perfect for the proactive individual committed to increasing Shealy’s position in our growing markets.
AREA BUSINESS MANAGER A committed team player that leads associates. Area Business Managers know how to develop, communicate and execute strategies from their complete understanding of the electrical industry. ABMs drive success and outstanding customer experiences at our market area locations through developing great teams of committed associates.
SEGMENT VICE PRESIDENT
A successful SVP uses a strong balance between coaching and development of their team, strategic planning and customer relations to meet revenue and growth goals. The SVP is part of the executive leadership team and has the ability to identify and convey customer needs to all deparments. An SVP works with other department leaders in a collaborative manner to improve the customer experience, profitability and overall effectiveness of the organization. An SVP is always looking to the market place and other industries to bring new ideas or concepts to keep Shealy an important partner with our vendors and customers.
