in this issue For this final issue of the 2018-2019 school year, the sun finally came back out to shine its light on some colorful and fashionable streetwear looks. Over this past year, the Street Style Team has had the pleasure of capturing our present moment in style and fashion. In approaching and interviewing strangers and students on the streets whose fashion is bold, nuanced, and unique, we’ve shared fascinating conversations with people about their fashion influences, their backgrounds, and cultures that shape who they are and define their identities. In using Street Style to highlight the richness and variety of style, personalities, and influences, we hope to shine a light onto the culture and character of our generation candidly, as the complex, diverse, and aspirational generation we are.
