Auditions are just like job interviews, but with a lot of people and in a more challenging position: acting. Acting is no mean tasking, and auditions are the exam halls where producers mark your skills. No actor has ever bagged a role on their first audition. The attitude with which you attend an audition is also a determining factor for you to bag the role. Here are some things you have to keep in mind before attending your first ever audition. Get Clear About What You Want Always remind yourself who you are and why you want to act. If you believe that acting one part is all it takes to gain fame and be immortalized, think again. Act because you love it and only if you believe that only acting will give you the satisfaction in life. In the end, passion is the one thing that will carry you forward.
