Jack and Ginger Gimlet Ingredients: 1 1/2 parts Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 1/2 part triple sec 1/2 part ginger-infused simple syrup Fresh juice from 1/4 lime Splash of soda water Directions: muddle lime and ginger syrup in a cocktail shaker; add Jack Daniel’s and triple sec; shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass; top with a splash of soda and garnish with a lime twist.

f Baked Apple Pie Ingredients: 1 part whiskey 2 parts apple cider 1/4 part cinnamon schnapps Fresh juice from 1/4 orange Directions: Heat apple cider over medium heat in a saucepan; reduce heat to low and slowly add whiskey, cinnamon schnapps, and fresh orange. ladle carefully into mugs and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Jack Frost Cocktail Ingredients: 3/4 ounce Irish cream liqueur 3/4 ounce whiskey 1/2 ounce heavy cream

Directions: add irish cream liqueur, whiskey, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker; shake with ice and strain into a chilled champagne glass.

Note:

Serve these chilled Jack Frost Cocktails with white chocolate truffles at the end of your holiday party for a sweet finish.

Candy Cane Cocktail Ingredients: 1 ounce peppermint schnapps 1 ounce white crème de cacao 1 1/4 ounces Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 1 ounce cream Directions: add Jack Daniel’s, peppermint schnapps, white crème de cacao, and cream in a cocktail shaker; shake with ice and strain into a martini glass; garnish with a candy cane.

Note:

Rim your martini glasses in crushed peppermint candy for a festive touch by dipping each glass in heated white chocolate and placing in a shallow bowl of crushed candy canes.

f Hot Toddy This cocktail is sure to keep you warm on those chilly winter nights. Ingredients: 1 cup water 1 lemon 1 tablespoon of honey 1 1/2 ounces whiskey Directions: Bring water to a boil. Squeeze lemon juice into a mug and add honey; pour heated water into the mug and slowly add whiskey. Stir and enjoy!

f Gingerbread and Jack Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 1/2 ounce gingerbread liqueur 2 ounces apple cider Dash of bitters Directions: Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker; shake with ice and pour into a glass; garnish with crystallized ginger.

Cherry Jack Ingredients: 8 ounces cola 1 ounce Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 1 1/2 ounces grenadine syrup 1 tablespoon maraschino cherry syrup 1 maraschino cherry Directions: Fill glass with ice and add Jack Daniel’s; follow with cola, grenadine, and cherry syrup; stir well and garnish with a cherry.

Frostbite The electric blue color of this cocktail will wow your guests for an evening winter wonderland! Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 1/2 ounce white crème de cacao 1/2 ounce blue curacao 1 ounce cream Directions: mix Jack Daniel’s, crème de cacao, blue curacao, and cream in a cocktail shaker; shake with ice and pour into a cocktail glass. enjoy!

f Jack and Joe The perfect cup of coffee for those frosty winter days! Ingredients: 1 part Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 3 parts espresso 1/2 part steamed milk or cream 1/2 tablespoon sugar Directions: pour Jack Daniel’s into a coffee mug. Brew espresso and slowly add to mug then top with steamed milk, or cream, and sugar to taste.

Holiday Eggnog

Ingredients: 6 eggs 1, 14-ounce, can of sweetened condensed milk 6 ounces whiskey 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 quart milk 1/3 pint heavy whipping cream 1/8 teaspoon allspice 1/8 teaspoon clove 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg Pinch of salt Directions: Beat eggs well; mix in condensed milk, vanilla extract, milk, salt, and spices; add whiskey. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form; slowly fold whipped cream into milk mixture. refrigerate until chilled. Serve with a dash of nutmeg on top.

Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp with Jack Sauce Ingredients: 1 pound medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined 1 pound bacon, sliced Sauce: 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1/3 cup steak sauce 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium) 1/3 cup apple cider 1/2 cup whiskey 1 teaspoon hot sauce of choice 1/2 cup diced green onions 1/4 teaspoon cayenne peppe Directions: Wrap bacon slices around shrimp and skewer with toothpick to secure. Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well; brush onto skewered bacon-wrapped shrimp. preheat grill or oven broiler; spray lightly with olive oil; cook until bacon is crispy. Serve extra sauce for dipping and garnish with diced green onions. enjoy!

f Whiskey Franks Ingredients: 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup barbeque sauce 4 tablespoons whiskey 1 pound franks or cocktail wieners Directions: Combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire, barbeque sauce, and Jack Daniel’s in a slow cooker or medium saucepan over low heat; add franks and stir; cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve hot.

Jack and Pork Quesadillas Serves 8

Ingredients: 1/2 pound pulled barbequed pork 1/4 cup Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 1/2 cup barbeque sauce 1/4 cup chopped green onion ¼ cup chopped cilantro 8, 6-inch, flour tortillas 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese Optional Toppings: sour cream, salsa, barbeque sauce Directions: Stir together pulled pork, whiskey, barbeque sauce, green onion, and cilantro; place pork mixture on half of each tortilla, spread evenly; fold tortillas in half. lightly spray a large nonstick skillet pan and cook a folded tortilla on medium heat. Cook quesadillas for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until lightly browned; cut into quarters and serve with toppings.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups barbeque sauce 2 cups Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 1 cup mustard (try Dijon mustard for a tangy twist) 1 cup honey 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1, 32-ounce package of frozen meatballs Directions: place frozen meatballs in crock pot or dutch oven; pour barbeque sauce, Jack Daniel’s, mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce over the meatballs; cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. once cooked, serve on a holiday platter with toothpicks.

Spiked Pecans

Ingredients: 1 pound pecan halves 3 tablespoons Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon allspice Directions: preheat oven to 325° F. in a small bowl, combine Jack Daniel’s, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetable oil. pour Jack Daniel’s mixture in a large bowl filled with pecans, coat evenly and spread nuts out onto a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 7 to 10 minutes. When nuts are toasted and crisp, remove from oven and pour into a large bowl; combine spices in a small bowl and stir together; sprinkle spices over toasted pecans. Serve and enjoy!

Spiked Honey Chicken Serves 6 Ingredients: 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1/2 cup onions, diced 2 cups ketchup 3 tablespoons whiskey 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 cup honey 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Directions: melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add diced onion and garlic and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes, or until soft. add ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and Dijon mustard; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. once sauce thickens, pour in whiskey. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper; grill for 8 minutes on each side; brush chicken with sauce and continue cooking for 3 minutes on each side. Serve grilled chicken with a side of Jack Daniel’s sauce.

Jack Daniel’s Fillets Serves 6 Ingredients: 6, 5 ounce fillets 11 ounces Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 5 tablespoons butter 5 tablespoons red wine (optional) Directions: Score fillets with skewer sticks to create 3 to 5 holes per fillet; place fillets in a large plastic bag; pour in Jack Daniel’s and red wine; let marinate in the refrigerator overnight. preheat oven to 400° F. place steaks on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet; broil steaks for 2 to 3 minutes on each side for medium rare, or 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium well. remove from oven and place in a large nonstick skillet with melted butter. Cook fillets for 30 seconds to 1 minute and serve immediately. enjoy!

Jack Glazed Salmon Serves 4

Ingredients: 4, 6 ounce salmon fillets 5 tablespoons brown sugar 4 tablespoons Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium) 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 4 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger Sesame seeds for garnish Directions: add Jack Daniel’s, brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, pepper, and ginger to a large plastic bag; add salmon fillets and place in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours; turn bag occasionally to distribute marinade. Heat a large, nonstick skillet or grill over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray; add salmon and cook for 4 minutes on each side until fish is flakey when tested with a fork (or until desired doneness). place salmon on a platter, drizzle with 4 tablespoons of sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. enjoy!

Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry Serves 6 Ingredients: 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 4 tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2/3 cup soy sauce 2/3 cup Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 cup chopped broccoli 1 cup chopped bell peppers 1/4 cups water chestnuts 1 small onion, diced 1 cup celery, diced 1 cup water Directions: Cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips; put chicken into a resealable plastic bag; add cornstarch and toss chicken to coat. pour in vegetable oil, soy sauce, Jack Daniel’s, and garlic; shake well to distribute marinade. let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes. in a large nonstick skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat; add chicken and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes; remove and keep warm. add vegetables and 2 more tablespoons of oil to pan; add water and stir fry until vegetables are crisp, 4 to 5 minutes; return chicken to pan and warm; stir for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Maple Whiskey Pork

Serves 6 Ingredients: Pork roast or pork loin chops 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup whiskey 1 tablespoon ground black pepper 1 tablespoon salt 4 cloves garlic, minced 4 cups water Directions: place maple syrup, whiskey, pepper, salt, and garlic in a large plastic bag; add pork and seal bag securely; place in refrigerator to marinate for 12 to 24 hours. remove pork from marinade and place in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; cook each side for 4 minutes; place pork in a preheated 400째 F oven on an aluminum foil-wrapped baking sheet until internal temperature reaches 145째 F (around 8 to 10 minutes). enjoy!

Jack’s Chocolate Pie Ingredients: 1, 9-inch refrigerated pie crust 2/3 cup white sugar 1 cup light corn syrup 1/3 cup Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 3 eggs 1/2 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: preheat oven to 325° F. in a small saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and butter; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted and dissolved; remove from heat and let cool slightly. Combine eggs, Jack Daniel’s, vanilla, and salt; stir well and slowly add sugar mixture into egg mixture; stir in pecans and chocolate chips; pour into the pie shell and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown. enjoy!

Tipsy Chocolate Brownies Ingredients: 1 box fudge brownie mix 1, 12-ounce container whipped cream topping 1/2 cup whiskey 8 toffee candy bars Directions: Bake brownies according to instructions on the box in an 8-or 9-inch square pan. Cool and punch holes in the brownies and pour Jack Daniel’s into brownie holes. place toffee candy bars in plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin; sprinkle the candy pieces over the soaked brownies; top with whipped topping and refrigerate. Before serving, garnish with fresh fruit or more sprinkled candy pieces. enjoy!

Whiskey Snowballs

Makes 36 to 42 snowballs Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1 cup pecans, finely chopped 2 tablespoons light corn syrup 1/4 cup Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® Directions: Combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa, 1 cup of the powdered sugar, and the pecans in a medium bowl; add corn syrup, Jack Daniel’s, and mix until well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in remaining powdered sugar. place in refrigerator for 1 hour to keep shape.

Jack and Ginger Cookie with Jack Frost Icing

Ingredients: 1, 14 1/2-ounce box of gingerbread cake and cookie mix 1/4 cup of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Icing 1 cup powdered sugar 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey® Directions: preheat oven to 375° F. mix ingredients in a bowl. roll out a small amount of dough to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured board or pastry cloth. Cut out cookies with shaped cookie cutters; arrange 1-inch apart on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks. For icing, mix powdered sugar and Jack Daniel’s tennessee Whiskey® together in a bowl to spreading consistency; frost cookies and decorate with candy sprinkles.

Jack Frost Custard

Serves 4 Ingredients: 6 large egg yolks 1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour 2 cups milk, warmed 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon whiskey Whipped cream and nutmeg for garnish Directions: in a medium saucepan, using an electric beater, combine egg yolks, sugar, flour, and salt; beat until mixture is pale yellow in color. over low heat, slowly pour in warm milk; cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thick. pour into well-chilled bowl and place in refrigerator. When custard is cold, about 2 hours, stir in vanilla extract and whiskey. Serve in dessert bowls with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg for garnish.

Whiskey Apple Cake

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups finely diced apples Glaze: 3/4 cup sugar 3 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons whiskey Directions: preheat oven to 325° F. using an electric mixer, beat the oil, sugar, and eggs until well blended; add flour, vanilla, salt, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, and cinnamon; finally, stir in apples. Grease and flour a bundt pan; pour in mixture and bake about 90 minutes. For glaze, mix sugar and flour; add milk. Cook in a saucepan over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly; add vanilla, cinnamon, and Jack Daniel’s; pour over cooled apple cake.
