We believe in the inherent dignity and strength of each individual person, and are passionate about providing mental health support in whichever way feels most impactful to you, whether that be one-onone sessions or support groups.
Specialties/Modalities Play therapy for primary and secondary young victims of abuse Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CF-CBT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
These methods are all evidence-based and can be utilized to help process and work through complex trauma with survivors of all ages.
