I am a contemporary expressionistic fine artist specializing in semi-abstract mixed media paintings. Drawing inspiration from moments in my life it usually takes me from a person, place or mental list compiled over the years . Working with acrylics and watercolor is cleansing leaving me with freedom to leave the past and move into the new. Touching a canvas with paint brings great joy to see the layers unfold as the paint fills the canvas it fills my world with joy and love for its forgiveness. With my art brings hope I can give beautiful positive thought patterns through visions on a simple canvas. Both abstract and expressionistic than representational my paintings generate a sense of intimacy and isolation leaving one with their own diary of interpretation. When I'm not painting I am filling my vessel with family, friend's, teaching art to all ages and walking my retired greyhound off the sofa.
