2014 Theme: Diversity Pedagogy: Back to the Future Exclusive forum for executives committed to shifting the diversity paradigm and leveraging inclusion as a business imperative. We reviewed Game over Strategies in 2012 and traveled to “Diversitopia” in 2013. In 2014 we are going “Back to the Future” by not forgetting from whence we came and where we are going. During the 2014 Executive forum participants will review the historical D & I continuum as we move toward the future of becoming a majority minority world. Our experts will provide key insight on how organizations can claim multicultural future that is our present and future. Join nationally recognized and award winning thought leaders during the 2014 DANDI (aka Diversity and Inclusion) Executive Forum. This is not your status quo conference or summit. This is a safe environment to discuss real issues and real challenges. This dynamic program will disrupt your thinking and introduce evidence based solutions.
