This course is designed as an introduction to acting for camera and stage. It is a practical course that inspires students to develop basic skills and techniques involved in creating, producing and performing drama.

This course is designed to provide students with an opportunity to build their skills within the arts and creative industries. Working with a variety of artists, event promoters and other industry professionals, students will get first-hand experience in organising their own events such as exhibitions, film screenings and concerts.

NC Creative Industries: Film

This course is designed to develop your knowledge and understanding of the working practices of the UK Creative Industries with a focus on film production.

Students will develop creative and technical skills relevant for employment within the Creative Industries, one of the fastest growing sectors of the UK economy, and for progression to further learning.

The course is based around a set of core Creative Industries modules with specialist modules in subjects including scriptwriting, camera work, lighting, directing and editing.
