Location need not be an issue - with our conveniently located local Learning Centres, most courses are available close to home. How much will my course cost? Course prices are included on the pages for each learning centre.
Individual Learning Accounts (ILA) You may be able to use your ILA funding to help pay for approved classes. These classes will be marked by the Skills Development Scotland brand mark: ILA approved ILA funding of up to £200 can help you pay for learning something new or brushing up your skills. It’s for people who have an income of £22,000 a year or less, or who are in receipt of benefits. You must be 16 or over and living in Scotland to apply for this funding. You will not be eligible for an ILA if you already have a degree or above (UK or overseas equivalent), if you are undertaking any form of secondary, further or higher education, you’re participating in training through the Employability Fund or doing a Modern Apprenticeship, or if you are participating on the Community Jobs Scotland programme. Art & Music Art and body We will look at the way the body has been used in art as inspiration, subject, symbol and medium. No prior knowledge required.
