DEREK NOBBS Northwest artist Derek Nobbs is inspired by all things dark and dusty; a true Northwest Calaverist, who uses macabre maritime backdrops and dark Americana settings. Each of his theatrical pieces, done in watercolor and gouache, are showcased on specially “aged” papers using his “secret recipe,” which may or may not contain coal dust, ambergris, tobacco found in a civil war soldier’s jacket pocket, wolves blood, or the last dregs of whiskey found in his great grandfather’s cellar.

The 44-degree hanger angle allows performance riders to push the limits of downhill racing. To further optimize the trucks’ stability, the Blood Orange Bushings are configured with two 89A Ultra-High Rebound barrels to avoid high-speed wobbles. Like all Caliber Trucks, the kingpin is made of grade 8 steel to ensure that your trucks will stay in one piece, no matter how hard you push them.

The ultimate longboard truck. The Fifty Caliber is stable at high speeds while also having an optimal angle for making strong carves. The hanger is not only reversible, but when flipped there is no rake to throw off the ride. The pivot of the baseplate is self-contained, keeping it from having any weakness. The classic tombstone hanger profile keeps grinding smoother and longer. The Caliber Standard truck base plates come with an 8 hole pattern providing more wheelbase options for different styles of skating. The Blood Orange ultra high rebound bushings only add to the Caliberâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s expertise in having one of the most stable and responsive trucks in the game.

SUCROSE FORUMLA Our new Sucrose Formula significantly improves slide and grip performance, while allowing us to deliver one of the longest lasting wheels on the market. It also begins to address, in a small but important way, the petroleum that skateboarding leaves on the road. When we skate, especially during slides, we all leave a little granulated urethane behind. This introduces powdered petroleum into the environment. The Sucrose Formula uses a small amount of natural sugar based curative, which helps reduce the petroleum footprint of our wheels.

GROOVETUBE CORES Arbor’s new Groovetube core has a wider, “tube” profile designed to support the whole wheel, which allows it to keep its shape for higher performance riding. The Groovetube provides consistent, more reliable contact with the road during slides, when cornering, at speed, and through landings, while delivering improved grip and better roll.

Arbor’s Signature slide gloves were designed for lightweight performance and breathable comfort. Hemp cloth and neoprene offer comfort and mobility, while double stitching in critical areas improves durability. Gel tipped fingers improve grip when grabbing your rail, while the reflective logo adds visibility while riding in low light conditions.
