SPOT WELDING An easy machine which works with both hand and foot. One holds the item to weld in their both hands and place it between the two tongs and push the lever with the foot to bring the top touch the bottom one. SIngh ji, D-11, Bais godam
MIG WELDING MIG (metal inert gas) welding or MAG (metal active gas)welding, is a process in which an electric arc forms between an electrode and a metal workpiece, heating the metals and causing them to melt, and be joined. Electric arc welding process Uses consumable wire electrode Filler metal Shielding Gas stored in cylinders
GAS WELDING Oxy-fuel welding are processes that use fuel gases and oxygen to weld or cut metals. Welds all kind of metal together like Aluminium, Copper, Brass (Suhaga - Stone of some sort used in these metals to join). Rods are used to join two metals. Two gases are fused together, Carbate and Oxygen. Babulal Verma - doing this for 40 years now.
TIG WELDING (ARGON) Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, is an arc welding process that uses a nonconsumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld. The weld area and electrode is protected from oxidation or other atmospheric contamination by an inert shielding gas (argon or helium), and a filler metal is normally used, though some welds, known as autogenous welds, do not require it. A constant-current welding power supply produces electrical energy, which is conducted across the arc through a column of highly ionized gas and metal vapors known as a plasma. Used for SS
