Career streems Human Resources Be a part of the various HR teams in TCS - be responsible for recruitment staffing of employee engagement, employee welfare, organisational effectiveness, performance management or HR deployment.

Consultancy Work with client teams to study client processes and propose solutions Business Analysts Analyze data provided by customer, create process flow maps and on the basis of that collaborate with other project team members to deliver the objectives.

Currently the ACE Program provides career development opportunities for more than 100 AIESEC interns annually.

It gives young professionals an opportunity to live their own ACE experience and to: Accelerate their professional experience in the world's fastest growing technology and outsourcing company by a carefully designed career path.

Connect with the Indian culture of the company by working in multicultural teams and with international stakeholders Experience competency development and mentoring program, together with involvment to TCS internal training programs, ACE events and CSR initiatives Requirements Strong oral and written communication skills in English and preferably any other language Excellent knowledge and academic background in the area of internship (Major and Minor) Preferred to have 6 months to 1 year of experience in the area of internship High eligibility for a prospective career in TCS (The applicant needs to be graduate with completed studies.)

I was part of the research team from the consulting department (GCP – Global Consulting Practice) of Tata Consultancy Services. In the first days the main challenges were to commute to the office, memorize the long Indian names, understand certain Indian accents and understand the helpdesk system in TCS. Though my team, the ACE coordinators and ACE interns were always ready to help. Three months after I join the change management team in a client’s project. Therefore, I started working from the client’s site in a proper consultancy project, and when I finished my internship I got the opportunity of continuing my work in TCS UK. Even though there were days that just going outside was tough and work was frustrating, it was definitely THE year of my life!

I learnt, I met great people, I travelled, I challenged myself and I enjoyed life.
