That is inevitable.  However, given that green tea drinkers are at a lower risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer, it makes sense that it could help you live longer.  Green tea contains antioxidant known as polyphenols which fight against free radicals. What this means it helps you fight against aging and promotes longevity.

It is one of the world’s leading causes of death.  Green tea is an excellent source of powerful antioxidants, so it makes perfect sense that it could reduce your risk of cancer.  Green tea’s powerful antioxidants have been found to reduce lung cancer, prostate cancer, skin cancer.  Multiple other observational studies show that green tea drinkers are significantly less likely to get various types of cancer.
