Shirley Hill

I was born on Guantanamo Naval Base, Cuba and my Mom was Cuban; my Dad Swedish. I have 8 brothers and sisters. My Mom, Dad and 2 brothers have died so there are 7 of us siblings. I am married and have 2 sons; 3 grandchildren. I am not sure what happens next regarding the rest of our lives...Larry's and mine but hope to just fully enjoy it and help my family and others while I am here physically. My life after this? Who knows? I would like to think it is like I was taught in Church and Sunday School but feel it is something none of us really know. I know that Jesus suffered...really suffered for us and that he believed in peace and forgiveness...none of what any religion truly believes in. All religions justify killing of others and truly don't forgive "the enemy"...so none really follow Jesus' teachings. I don't believe in hunting and wish oh wish I could be as good as Jesus but somehow don't believe I will ever be that good.
