Centre Abolishes HC Notice Against Industrialist S Vaikundarajan

Heavy mineral mining in India is carried out in a few states and Tamil Nadu happens to be the highest exporter in India.

However, it is VV Minerals, a private heavy mining company that contributes highly in making Tamil Nadu the highest exporter. While VV Minerals was conducting its business, several allegations were put on them of carrying out illegal exports and they were also held responsible for holding up a

scam. As a result of these allegations a petition had been filed in Madurai Bench of Madras High Court seeking to take action against VV Minerals, Vaikundarajan. When the case reached the centre, the court immediately dismissed the notice.

At first all the false allegations were treated to be true by everyone and VV Minerals was being looked upon as guilty.

This was the reason behind the HC issuing a notice against VV Minerals, India to the centre. But, as soon as the probe in this matter was conducted and investigations carried out it was discovered that VV Mineral was completely innocent and that S. Vaikundarajan had not carried out any malpractices.

This had also led to a ban on the VV Minerals practicing their mining activities in the city which again cost the local industries and the economy highly as VV Minerals was a great contributor to the exchequer in ways more than one. Not only did they provide employment to the local rural people and helped foster various small local industries but also brought in great revenue in terms of exports. Always having carried out such transparency in trade S. Vaikundarajan is known for abiding by his ethics and under no circumstances could he ever carry out such a scam.

The Centre also realized this and abolished the notice that HC had issued against VV Minerals, Vaikundarajan. It is believed that this rumor was purposely spread that a scam was being

carried out by VV Minerals simply to defame them and hurt their public image that has always been so great. In such cases people should easily not believe what they hear and wait for things to get clarified. No one should be declared guilty until proved so. Vaikundarajan really had to suffer a great deal because of this. However, despite such stories and negative responses VV Minerals has come out clean from all the charges leveled against them.

S. Vaikundarajan has always stood up for doing for the Country and giving back to the society. There is no reason why he would do such a thing to his own country and people. S. Vaikundarajan has built his company and name over the years and successfully accomplished his goal of being the No.1 Company in the heavy mineral mining business. Putting shame to his company and name is something that he would never do. It is good on the part of the judiciary to deliver justice to the right and punish the wrong.
