1. OVEN-TO-TABLE BAKEWARE: It’s worth investing in one or two oven-to-table bakeware items for Pesach. There are so many nice ones that can double as serving pieces to limit the number of dishes you have to do. (Sweet and Sour Salmon, pg. 53; Sweet and Sour Corned Beef, pg. 60; Seder Roast, pg. 60)

2. CRÊPE PAN: Want to make the perfect Pesach crêpes? An 8- or 9-inch pan is the perfect size. (Basic Crêpes, pg. 20; Tiramisu Crêpe Stack, pg. 76)

3. OXO SANTOKU KNIFE: A good Santoku knife is the best tool you can have. It doesn’t need to be fancy or expensive, but sharpness is crucial.

4. GRATER: If you don’t have a food processor, a strong metal grater will work wonders. I like one that sits over a bowl versus a box grater. (Chicken “Soup” Bake, pg. 60)

5. CUTTING GLOVES: If using a grater or mandoline, wearing these gloves prevents any cuts.

6. E-Z BOARD DISPOSABLE PLASTIC CUTTING BOARDS: Short on space for Pesach gear? Forgo heavy cutting boards and use disposable ones instead. It comes in a roll with a builtin cutter and is ideal for easy clean up.

7. SALAD SAC SALAD KEEPER: This handy cotton bag keeps cut greens fresh, especially romaine prepared for the Pesach seder.

8. BAMBOO SPOON SET: A durable set of wooden spoons is crucial. Bamboo ones are the best because they last.

9. Y-PEELER: Swiss Y-peelers are extremely sharp and easy to use, making peeling a lot of potatoes or apples much more convenient. They come in different colors for kashrut organization.

10. WILTON DISPOSABLE COUNTER COVERS: These paper counter covers are an easy way to keep your counters clean while cooking in the kitchen. The corners peel and stick to keep them in place.
