2 Hi. Welcome to Bow Wow Couture. We want to change the way you think about dog collars. The traditional dog collar is in dire need of a design shake up, and for the last 3 years weâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;ve taken our love of retro and vintage style and created a fashion forward line of dog collars, bow ties, fďťżlowers and leashes.

Our accessible collections appeal to design savvy buyers hunting for phenomenal and original dog products. Everything is handmade in our studio in Gainesville, FL. We attribute our success to our obsession with the quality of our work, in both design and production, and to handcrafting products that are good enough for humans but created for dogs.

Production Time Frame

Our products are 100% handmade. This means pattern placement in each Bow Wow Couture product will vary slightly.

Our products are made to order. At the time that you place your order a completion estimate will be made. Generally, items ship out in 2-4 weeks, sometimes sooner. It will take longer to receive orders when placed at a trade show.

Every item is made to order. This ensures that only our freshest and best-selling designs are in your shop.

Leashes are not intended to be used as tie outs.

We are sensitive to the need to have seasonal items (Halloween, Christmas, etc) as soon as possible. We rush production for any orders that include seasonal items.

Payment

Shipping

For fast and easy service we accept payment via Paypal and Credit Card-Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

All continental domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments arrive within 2-3 business days.

Half of the order's balance is due at the time that your order is placed. When your order is finished, we will invoice you for the other half plus

International orders are shipped only through USPS Express Mail International. This service provides tracking and quick shipment.

Flowers and bow ties are not meant to be slept in. Think of them as that expensive cashmere sweater that you can wear as many times as you want, but you would not go hiking in it.

Shipments usually arrive in 3-5 business days.

Returns

Your shopping cart will be discounted 50% and shipping will be added when you check out. We will send an invoice for the second half of payment when it is ready to ship.

We accept returns for credit toward current and future orders. Refunds will only be issued if the items are deemed defective or there is a manufacturing flaw. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to notify us of any problems with your order. Please note that any items returned other than due to a manufacturing flaw will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
