otivation is literally the wish we have to do things. It is the difference between getting up early in the

morning to start a certain project and lazing around TV all day long. It is a crucial element in setting and achieving goals. Research shows that you can influence your own motivation, but far too often we do not. Staying motivated can be a real battle. When we try to maintain our motivation, our drive is constantly being attacked by negative thoughts and concerns about the future. Everyone has to deal with doubt and depression at a certain moment. What separates the very successful from those who fail? Is the ability to stay motivated and continue to make progress. There are three main reasons why people do not retain their motivation. • Lack of trust - Put simply, if you do not believe you can succeed, what's the point of trying, right? When this happens, it is usually because you focus entirely on what you want and you neglect what you already have. That is why your mind makes explanations about why you do not get it. This creates negative thoughts about how you think about yourself. Your mind is dominated by failures from the past, bad breaks, and personal weaknesses. You can become jealous of your competitors, making you apologize why you can not succeed. When you try to work under these conditions, you can make bad impressions, accept the worst of others and lose self-confidence.Instead, you should try to focus on gratitude. Take the time to focus on all the positive things in your life. Prepare and refer often to a mental list of your strengths, successes from the past and the current benefits. People often tend to take their strengths for granted and reflect on their failure. If you focus on feeling grateful, you will see how competent and successful you are. This will restore your self-confidence and motivate you to build on your current success. It may be difficult to understand how repetitive things you already know can improve your way of thinking, but it is possible. The mind can often distort reality to confirm what it wants to believe. The more negative you think, the more examples your mind will discover to confirm that belief. When you believe that you deserve success, your mind will generate ways to achieve it. You will have to believe that you will achieve your goals. Faith will unlock the doors. Countless people come across choices but never take action because they never believe they can succeed. • Lack of focus - If you do not know what you want, is there something you really want? Often people concentrate on what they do not want, instead of on a concrete goal. They normally think in terms of fear. You may be afraid to be poor, afraid that no one will respect you, or be afraid to be alone. The problem you encounter when you think so is that fear alone is not feasible. Instead of doing something about your fear, fear feeds itself and usually takes away your motivation. If you become entangled in fear-based thinking, you should try to focus that energy on a well-defined goal. When you do this, you automatically define a series of actions. If you are afraid of being poor, make a plan to increase your income. Maybe it goes back to school, gets a higher paid job or develops a profitable website. The key goes from an indefinable wish to tangible, measurable steps. If you focus on positive goals instead of fear, you put your brain to work and you make a plan for success. You no longer worry about the future. Instead, you start doing something about it.

• Lack of direction - If you do not know what to do, how can you possibly be motivated to do it? When you focus on achieving an ultimate goal, direction means that you have a daily plan to achieve this. Having no direction can destroy the motivation because we give in to postponing behavior without an obvious next action. The key to finding direction is identifying the activities that lead to success. Make a list of all your activities and arrange them based on the results you achieve with each activity. Then draw up an action plan in which the activities are rewarded. When you keep track of your most important tasks, you send your strength to succeed. You must have specific goals if you want to remove confusion. It is as if you are trying to do a number of things at the same time. You will certainly not get anything done to complete everything. If you find yourself losing motivation, you can get direction again by creating a plan that contains two positive actions. The first should be a small task you wanted to do, while the second one should be a long-term goal. When you immediately carry out the smaller task, you create positive momentum. Then it is easier to take the first step in achieving the long-term goal. It is practically impossible to avoid periods of low energy, bad luck, and even occasional failure. Motivation can be difficult in these times. There is no simple solution to a lack of motivation. Even after defeating it, the problem reappears at the first sign of failure. This book gives you tips that you can use to help yourself get out of a slump before the momentum wins.

Pieces of advice to improve your motivation These tips should always be done to increase your chances of success and to maintain motivation. 1. Know what you want to achieve if you do not know what you want to achieve, how do you know when you reach it? Determining what you want to do is the beginning of being motivated to finish it. 2. Determine the steps to reach your goal - There are things you need to do for everything you want to do. If you know what the steps are, you will receive a guideline. They also give you mini-successes as you complete each step. 3. Consider a plan - although there are many steps to take, it is necessary to know in which order you should reach it. If possible, alternate between tasks that are easy to reach and tasks that take longer. This way you do not go through long periods without filling in part of your plan. It will help you to feel more successful if you often complete parts of the plan. Goals provide focus. Without a plan, people tend to float away. Goals also provide a measuring tool for progress, increase productivity, improve self-esteem and increase commitment, so you are more likely to achieve what you want to conquer. 4. Increase the challenge of your project: try something that you have never done before if you have no motivation to do something. Just the thought of doing something new and exciting can motivate us temporarily. 5. Remember that success is your personal responsibility - you must believe that initiative, dedication and perseverance are key factors in achieving success. Too often, individuals see success as dependent on available resources and situational constraints. They simply say that the task was too difficult for external reasons. Where there is a will, there is a way, and it is your responsibility to find it. 6. Think of demanding tasks as opportunities. Think of a task with an uncertain task and think of a challenge or an opportunity. Do not think about the threats that can lead to failure and shame. This ensures that you specify before you start. 7. Remember that striving for achievement can be fun - Perseverance pays off. By approaching each task with dedication, concentration, involvement, and involvement, you can keep your motivation. You will find that you enjoy it, and the obstacle is not nearly as difficult as you thought it was. 8. Learn to appreciate the pursuit of performance - If you appreciate hard work in itself, you will enjoy it more, and therefore be more motivated. Unfortunately, too many people do not think it 'cool'. Their typical excuse is that working too hard can only prevent them from leading a social life or even having a heart attack. What it really does, however, has led to success and happiness in their lives. 9. Improve your skills-Sometimes you may have a goal that you do not have the necessary skills to achieve. Do not give up! Skills can be improved. Sometimes all that is needed is practice.

10. Learn what you need to learn: if information prevents you from achieving your goals, determine how to fill in the gaps and build it up in your action plan. Be willing to study and work hard to achieve your goals. 11. Persistence works-Continuous efforts and dedication will overcome initial obstacles or failures. Do not see an early failure as a sign of future things. Remember the old saying: "If you do not succeed in the beginning, try it, try again." Once you have achieved your first success in this way, you will be less inclined to give up and lose motivation too soon in the future. 12. Try to live in the now as if it were the future you hope to have - If, for example, you want to lose weight, do not think of yourself as someone struggling to lose it. See yourself as someone who is lighter. See yourself as healthier and with a different lifestyle. To maintain this lifestyle, you have to eat and exercise healthier. Think about how your life will be and do it now. 13. Write down your goals in writing - Sometimes writing what you are going to do is a strong motivator. Writing goals helps you to make them more specific and less vague. Use action verbs when writing them. 14. Give all your goals measurable results - by doing so, you know when you reach every goal you've set. 15. Specify completion dates: you will not always complete your goals on these dates, but if you set them up, you remain focused on completion. Many people work better with deadlines. Do not make them unrealistic, but set them up so you have to push yourself to reach them. 16. Plan and write down what your reward will be to reach the goal - It does not have to be a complicated reward, it can be simple. Reward yourself along the way is a great motivator. Remember your reward every time you start losing your motivation and can increase your wish to reach the goal. 17. Make a list of obstacles - Always think of everything that stands in your way and decides what you can do to each obstacle. Designing a plan reduces the impact of each obstacle and increases the likelihood that you will be successful. 18. Write down the benefits of achieving your goal: one strong motivator is knowing exactly what you will achieve when you reach your goal. For example, if you keep your checkbook in balance, you get more pocket money, or if you walk every day, you can stay healthier and reduce stress. 19. Solve complicated plans in manageable tasks - Be specific about what needs to be achieved. By setting goals, your tasks seem more manageable and not overwhelming. 20. Do not be ashamed of help - a partner can help you stay involved and motivated. Look for role models, people who have already achieved the goals you want to achieve. Ask them for advice and suggestions. Find out how they are where they are and record what you learn in your plan. 21. Make sure you are organized - being prepared and organized can help you feel better about your ability to achieve your goals. By distributing information in too many places, you no longer feel under control and undermine your motivation.

22. Be serious about every step in your process - think, for example, of learning how to ski. The beginner I gave a list of instructions: "lean forward," "bend the ankles", "keep weight on the downhill ski", etc. Each of these is an explicit step. The extent to which the skier seriously tries to learn every step will determine the outcome. Each step is separate, but functions together to achieve the goal. If you do not focus on some of the steps, this may cause you to crash. 23. Improve your interest in the goal: make sure it's related to your values and if the connections are not clear at first, consider how the task you're performing complements your values and overall goals. If that is not the case, think about why it is on your task list. Perhaps it is a task that you must delegate or delete. 24. Do not postpone: procrastination is a form of self-regulating failure. The old saying: "Never postpone until tomorrow what you can do today" is one where you have to live. If you do this too often, you can never come "tomorrow" and you will never reach your goal. 25. Do not forget that willpower is a limited resource - think of willpower as a muscle. If you do not use and train the muscle, it becomes weaker and weaker. The more you use your will power, the stronger it will become, just like a muscle. If you do not use it, you can eventually lose it. 26. Preventing prejudice to problems: if you believe that a task is difficult without really knowing it, you also get an idea of how much effort you have to do and how likely it is that you fail. 27. If you share a goal, you divide the tasks according to interests - you are more inclined to stay motivated in something you are interested in. If you work in a group and divide the tasks into areas where each member is interested, you keep the whole motivated group and help increase the chances of success. It may not be possible to have a few areas that you have to work on and that are not at the top of your interest list, but if you have a lot of what you are interested in, your overall motivation can be maintained. 28. Do not put yourself in a handicap - Too often we make ourselves a handicap with the word 'can not'. Get that word from your vocabulary. Do not say things like: "I can not do it" or "It can not be done." This ensures that you fail before you start. You become handicapped by your negative feelings in your own abilities. 29. Maintain a positive attitude - There is nothing more powerful for self-motivation than the right attitude. You can not choose or check your circumstance, but you can choose your attitude to your circumstances.

30. Avoid negativity - If you can not approach something with a positive attitude, at least approach it with an open mind. Negativity will only achieve negative results. 31. Keep motivators around your work environment - Maybe you want a better life for your family. Keep family photos in sight to remind you why you are working on that goal. They can help you continually raise your motivation. 32. Stay good company - Make regular meetings with positive and motivated people. This can be as simple as texts or IM chats with peers or a friend who likes to share ideas. 33. Do not just think about it, do something - if you find motivation for a certain project that is missing, try to get started with something else. Something trivial even, you will develop the momentum to start with the more important things. 34. Know yourself - Learn how you think. Note where possible when your motivation starts to fade and when it is extremely high. There may be a pattern that you can bypass and develop once you know. 35. Follow your progress - It helps to maintain a balance or progress bar for current projects. Seeing the progress bar can be a great motivator because if you see something grow, you will always want to cherish it. 36. Help others - It can be surprising how many people share your ideas and help motivated friends to stay motivated. If you see that others are doing well, you will motivate to do the same. 37. Write about your success and receive feedback from readers - Start a blog or a place on your website where you can write about your success. By getting positive feedback from others, you can keep your motivation. 38. Take a break - No one wants to work all the time. Sometimes it helps to take a break and rejuvenate yourself. Then you can return to the project with a clear head and a renewed motivation. 39. Have a cause - having a cause that you care about is a powerful source of motivation. Such a cause can inspire you to do your best even through the difficulties. It can make you do things that you thought was impossible. Some causes can temporarily inspire you, but a cause that is important to you can inspire you infinitely. It is a source of motivation that will never become dry. 40. Have a big dream - Karen Ravn said: "Only as high as I reach can I grow, only as far as I am looking I can go, only as deep as I look can I see, only as much as I dream can I be "Having a dream is important because it is difficult to be motivated if you have nothing to get on. But having a dream is not enough. Your dream must

be big enough to inspire you. It must be realistic but challenging. It must take your skill out of your comfort zone. 41. Are hungry - wanting something is not enough. To be truly motivated, you must be hungry and not just desire. Having mere desire will not lead you through difficult times because you do not want things to be bad enough. In many cases, hunger makes the difference between the best performing and mediocre. 42. Do it your way - Do not try to do better than anyone else. Compare yourself with others is an effective way to destroy your motivation. Even if you start with enthusiasm, you will quickly lose your energy if you compare yourself with others. The only competitor you have is yourself. The only thing you have to beat is you. 27. If you share a goal, you divide the tasks according to interests - you are more inclined to stay motivated in something you are interested in. If you work in a group and divide the tasks into areas where each member is interested, you keep the whole motivated group and help increase the chances of success. Even if you start with enthusiasm, you will quickly lose your energy if you compare yourself with others. The only competitor you have is yourself. The only thing you have to beat is you. 43. Take another step - Each journey begins with the first step. When you encounter obstacles along the way, there may be a tendency to stop. You may think it is too difficult to continue. You may think that your dream is impossible to achieve. What makes a winner instead of a loser is the courage to continue. In difficult situations, focus on another step forward. Do not think about how to complete the race. Do not think about how many obstacles you are waiting for. Just focus on another step. 44. Let go of the past - One of the most destructive things to motivate is your past. Your past can drag you down before you realize it. Your past can give you a heavy burden on your shoulders. Take it off your shoulder and leave it. Perhaps you have made mistakes in the past. You may have disappointed others with what you have done. The good news is here: it is over. It has been in the past and there is nothing you can do about it. Remember that today is a new day and you have the chance to start over. No matter how bad your past is, you still have a bright future ahead of you. 45. Try to tackle the worst jobs first. By doing this, you get the worst task out of the way first and then the rest of the day is a piece of cake. Once we have done those terrible, tasteless jobs, everything on your list looks more attractive.

46. Take the confrontation with your fear - the truth is often much less dramatic than we find it in our minds. Let false expectations and fears keep you from doing things. You will learn that if you do, your success has never had a chance against your fear. Instead, first, try to face your fear before working on hysteria. What is the worst that can happen if you fail? There may not be anything absolutely terrible that can happen. You may be able to set false expectations because of fear. 47. Reconsider your path - If you find yourself often unmotivated to do the things that need to be done, you might have to examine things, and then consider doing something else on a regular basis. If you have to talk yourself out of bed in the morning by saying that you have no choice and have to resign yourself to the task before you, this can be a good choice for you. Life should bring some excitement and adventure along the way ... at least enough that you do not pay attention to all those little things that are part of everyday things. If you find that the world overwhelms the adventure drastically, no motivation will show you otherwise. Try to find something that does not require as much motivation to get it done. It must be something that illuminates that fire and makes you enthusiastic without extra effort on your part. If you do that, you do not have to worry about self-motivation. 48. Keep yourself back - When you start a new project, you are probably full of enthusiasm and enthusiasm. You probably have no sense of self-limitation. Moving full force ahead can be great, but it can also cause you to burn out quickly. If you force yourself to stop at the beginning and plan an action plan to gradually increase, you avoid burnout and remain motivated. 49. Join a group to stay motivated and focused. It can be online or offline. By being a member of this group or association, you will have regular conversations with people with common goals who are free to give their opinion about your ideas. If it is an online group, you will not know or probably meet the other person, so you do not have to worry about damaging each other's feelings. You can get great ideas, share ideas, improve your success and keep your motivation high. 50. Take a picture of your goal in a visible place - hanging up pictures of things that motivate you is one thing. Having a visual photo of your goal is another. Suppose you want to bring your family to Hawaii with a bonus of this project. Your family would be your motivator, but photographs of Hawaii would be your goal. Regular vision can give you a visual feeling and focus on the goal without losing motivation. 51. Find a way to make it a pleasure. One reason why we might postpone something that will help us achieve our goal is that it seems hard work. The key is to find a way to make it fun or enjoyable. If your goal activity becomes a treat, you are really looking forward to it. 52. Be patient - This may seem easier said than done. The problem with today's society is that we want a quick solution. We need immediate results and if we do not get them, we give up. Do not think about your project as

a sprint, see it as a marathon. Take it up and do not expect immediate results. If you do not see the results quickly, do not give up, give it time. The results will come. Remember: "Good things come to those who wait." 53. Find inspiration every day - Inspiration is one of the best motivators and can be found everywhere. Find inspiration every day and it will help to support motivation in the long term. Sources of inspiration can include blogs, online success stories, forums, friends and family, magazines, books, quotes, music, photos, people you meet. 54. Have powerful reasons and write them down - doing something for your family is a big motivator, but why do you do it? Be specific. 55. Be prepared for your urge to stop-We all have the urge to stop, but they are usually at a subconscious level. One of the most powerful things you can do is to become more aware of those urges. A good exercise is to continue the day with a small piece of paper and make a note for each time you get an urge. It simply makes you aware of the urges. Then have a plan for when that urge strikes and plan it in advance, and note your plan. Without a plan, when that urge strikes, you do not want to think of one and give up too quickly. 56. Never work towards the goal for two consecutive days. It is OK to leave your goal one day. You can do it often, just never in a row. If you feel you say, "Oh, two or three days will not hurt," say to yourself, "NO!" Long breaks lead to the postponement, leading to stopping. 57. Keep a daily newspaper - if you are consistent with keeping a diary, this can be a great motivator. A diary should not only have what you did for that day but also your thoughts on how it went, how you felt, what mistakes you made, what you could do to improve. If you want to be consistent about keeping a journal, do it immediately after you do your target task every day. Make keeping a diary a sensory pleasure. 58. Make a big public commitment - this will happen very often. Create a blog and make the world known that you reach a certain goal by a certain date. Announce it at a family gathering or party with friends. Connect yourself to the limit. You are surrounded by people who will remember that commitment. 59. Drink coffee - If you have trouble getting that start every day, drink a large cup of coffee. It contains the caffeine you need to start your day without all calories from energy drinks or soft drinks. 60. Stay active - If you lead a sedentary life, this leads to a lack of energy, which directly affects your motivation. Try to do something active every day, even if it is a 20-minute brisk walk through your neighborhood. You feel much better when your blood flows. 61. Open the curtains and windows in your work area. It is difficult to feel motivated when you are in a dark room. By keeping your work environment light and cheerful, you improve motivation. 62. Sleep more - if you are drowsy, your energy level suffers. Try to go to bed earlier by turning off the TV and leaving the phone and internet at a reasonable hour. Then you are ready to get fully equipped the next day and ready to take on the challenge.

63. Ask for motivation support: keeping yourself accountable is difficult, but when you bring in other people, it is much easier. Ask a friend or colleague if they are willing to keep you motivated for a short-term project. When you reward yourself at the end, you can also invite your motivation mat. 64. Move your alarm clock: you can use the snooze button again and again. If you have trouble getting out of bed, put your alarm clock in the room. It will force you to stand up. While you get up, you might as well get started on your day. Getting a good start helps you to be more motivated to achieve your daily goals. 65. Plan early meetings with those involved - Meetings early in the morning because you are forced to meet the day. You are dressed and ready to go from the beginning, so the rest of the day can only get better from there. 66. Waking up with happy music - Sometimes waking up to music that triggers you instead of what nonsense is on the radio, causing you to set yourself in motion and to take your day in a positive direction. It helps you to achieve your goals in a much more positive way. 67. Prepare the night before - this is an essential part of motivation because it reduces the fear you can feel when you dive into it. If you have little things that can be done before a big workday, do them the night before. When you wake up, these tasks are complete for the man, so you can go directly to the heavy things. 68. Eat breakfast - Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for a reason. It gives you the energy you need to get going in the morning. Be aware of what you eat. Fruit and low-fat yogurt will provide better fuel than bagels and donuts. You will also feel better about yourself, which is never bad. 69. Develop a personal mantra: think of a motivational mantra to remain focused. It can just be a few positive sentences about achieving your goals. This could help you to move in the right direction when you feel that you are beginning to derail. 70. Sign up for emails about motivation - face it, sometimes you only need encouragement, even if you do not know who is sending it. There are many websites that send you daily motivational emails that make you feel better as soon as you read the message. 71. Start the day with something you like: if you look at your task list and can not afford the motivation to scare it away, it takes about an hour to do something that you enjoy. This will put you in a happy place and help you in a better situation to do business when you are ready. 72. Reducing alcohol - Alcohol is a depressant. It can make you sleepless and give you a hangover. When it comes to alcohol, all motivation goes out of the window. You should at least try to remove alcohol from your diet during the week or at least cut it if you know that you should get something done. 73. See the light at the end of the tunnel - Think of the end result and keep that end line in mind all the time. Concentrate on how good it will feel when you reach it.

74. Spend your time on tasks that you like: in a choice people usually select things that they like. This is important to stay motivated. If you have a task that you do not like, delegate a small part of your day to do something that you enjoy. 75. Be proud of what you do: you can at least avoid any activity that seems wasted. Maybe you're a small cog in a big machine at work and it's hard to see how your contribution matters. The truth is ... it makes a difference. If what you do is not important, your company would not have hired you in the first place. Live according to the philosophy that it is worthwhile to do something worthwhile. What you do is worth something for those you work for, so do it right. Be proud and do it to the best of your ability. It will help you to feel good about yourself and keep you motivated. 76. Do not rely too much on your use of rewards. Motivating with rewards can be a good thing, but you do not want to trust too much. If you do that, you become dependent on the reward and not on your natural motivation. Try to find some rewards that are inherent to the task itself. Instead of seeing the task as another item on your list, you should think about how it affects others. For example, by responding to emails, customers remain satisfied. 77. Stay confident - Sometimes this can be difficult, especially in an area that we are not familiar with. Struggling to do something right can make you feel insecure and leads to a lack of motivation. Do not be afraid to learn a new task. Learning how to do it right will help you maintain your self-confidence and improve motivation. 78. Stay focused while you're working - It's often easy to be motivated to start a task, but wandering attention can make you struggle to keep that motivation. Switching to other tasks, such as your phone or other distractions, breaks your concentration. You should try to focus on one thing at a time, even if that means switching off your internet connection or blocking websites that distract you. If you keep stopping and starting, it will seem as if your task is dragging forever. You will find it more motivating to make steady progress. 79. What you are doing right now is the most important thing in the world - think of every step you take towards your goal as important. Set the mindset that every action you take is the most important thing in the world, and it will help you stay focused on it. 80. Be the best "you" you can be - We all have natural strengths and weaknesses. Instead of focusing on your weaknesses, you choose to work on your weaknesses and use your strengths. Creating the best "you" will help you gain more confidence and stay motivated. 81. There is always more: there is always more that you can do to reach your goal. Do not settle for what you can do now. Do not focus on what you have achieved in the past, but concentrate on what you can do in the future. You can always achieve more. 82. The results are the most important. Regardless of what someone says, it's not just that you try and do your best. Never forget - results are the most important. Never be complacent or comfortable, just because you get a lot of tasks out of your list every day, or if you use strategies that your friends agree that they are best. Do not confuse activity for performance. There is a big difference between the two. If you do not get the desired results, you probably work too hard on the wrong things.

83. Science and technology are not everything. Use technology and science, but do not make them everything. Use the latest and most effective research to help you achieve your goals. It does not mean that you can use technology if you never achieve your goals. This is just like someone who praises that he graduated from a business school, but loses sight of the fact that he wants to become a successful businessman. 84. Perfection is not everything - Look for effectiveness, not for perfection. A strategy does not have to be optimal to be effective. An optimal strategy, without desire and determination, can be just as ineffective as a terrible strategy. Although perfect is great, you do not always need the perfect strategy if your head and heart are in the right place. 85. Let yourself be motivated by others - If you see people who have better performances than yours, admire them. Use what they have achieved as a source of inspiration. Do not assume that they have done something extraordinary to achieve their goals or were bred by geniuses. Use them as motivation that can prove that you have sold yourself briefly. 86. Associate with people at the level you hope to achieve - If your goal is to get a promotion to a specific position, then hang out with people in that position. See how they got there and learn from their successes. You will find that determined, optimistic and motivated people will help you maintain motivation and achieve your success faster. 87. The basics work-Things do not have to be glamorous or genius to work. Do not forget that the base also works. Sometimes returning to the base helps you focus on the goal itself rather than in a creative way to reach the goal. 88. Keep moving forward: it is not unusual to get into a dip when working towards your goals. Remember that it will succeed. Keep striving for success and focus on the goal. 89. Think about it and do it - There is truth in the saying: "If you think you can do it, you can do it." Just think that you can do it and start doing it. It may take a while, but always believe that you can, and you will do it. Instead, people think too often that they can not, so they can not or can not. 90. Make use of your potential - Potential is nothing until it is updated. People often say, "They have great potential" when they speak about someone. Maybe you have it, but what do you do if you do not put it to work. Knowing that you have the ability to do it is not enough to keep you motivated. Seeing that you can and can actually achieve it is, however, a great motivator. 91. Measuring from start to finish: the most successful person makes the greatest distance between where they started and where they are now. The one who starts with few benefits but does his best to produce remarkable results is much more successful than the person with the highest giftedness and only with good results. If you are one of those who achieves remarkable results, this will motivate you to

start your next project with pleasure and you will be amazed at how your motivation for new tasks will increase over time. 92. Do not forget that you are not alone! You are not the first person who has struggled to reach a goal, and you will certainly not be the last. Everyone struggles to stay motivated and achieve their goals. The reality is that to re-focus, change or make a new start for something, however small, is a big problem, but it is not impossible. With the right approach you can certainly do it. 93. Remember your goal when you slip - we all slip from time to time. If you slip, do not give up. Forgive yourself and make a plan to get back on track. 94. Do not save yourself from mistakes - instead, knock yourself on the back for everything you've done right. Remember that errors are a natural part of the process. 95. Learn from your mistakes - Look at your mistakes as lessons and reminders about why you are trying to make a change. If you ruin it, use it as an opportunity to learn something new about yourself. 96. Adopt a steadfast attitude - Do not just work on the goal. Stick to everything you can do to ensure that you reach the goal. That includes learning more if necessary and revisiting the goal at a later date. 97. Use positive self-talk-Tell yourself things like: "I deserve promotion because I've worked really hard" or "I feel great when I swim because I'm doing well with my exercise plan." 98. Create more than one resolution - If you want to make a change or achieve a goal, you need more than a resolution you make at the beginning of the year. Only declaring that you want to do something is not enough. Just doing something that is expected of you is not always enough. You have to create a way to make your commitment more than that. It must be something that you want. 99. End non-supportive relationships-If people constantly break you down and you deplete your motivation to perform desired tasks, just break away from it. A friend is not a friend if it can not be supportive. You can not remain focused on your goal if your friend does not believe in you or, worse, you try to stop. 100. Concentrate on what you can really control - Worrying about things that you have no control over can be a real motivational killer. Just stay focused on what you can control. The rest is not up to you, and trying to control what you can not control is a recipe for failure. 101. Stay true to your beliefs and values - you will find that motivation also flourishes if you remain faithful to your beliefs and values. Assigning a value to an activity can restore a person's sense of motivation and reflect on why an activity makes sense, you could invest more in it. People who spend too much time fantasizing about the wonderful future that awaits them often find that they do not have enough gas in the tank to actually get there. Dreaming is nothing without doing, so being motivated is important. Unfortunately, there are no 'silver bullet' strategies to motivate. There will definitely be times when you simply can not get motivated to do something, and you have to do it anyway. In most cases you will notice that at least one of the above tips will help you get motivated each day.

Whatever you do, do not get entangled in those false ideas that people are trying to feed you to keep you motivated. They contain: 1. The automatic recording of things guarantees that they will succeed - we do not want it to be that simple. There are indications that it is important to be specific about what you want to achieve. In other words, specificity is necessary, but it is far from sufficient. While writing down goals, and certainly helping to achieve that goal, there is no hard evidence that writing itself is everything to guarantee success. 2. Just try to do your best - Of course people mean well when they tell you to just "do your best", and they believe it's a great motivator. That's not it. Theoretically, it encourages it without exerting too much pressure. In reality, and rather ironically, it is more or less permissible to be mediocre. 3. All you have to do is visualize success: although there is power to think positively, the problem is too often that people effortlessly visualize success. This is not only not convenient ... it is a great way to put yourself for failure. Visualizing success can be useful, but must be done in conjunction with visualization of completing the steps of your plan to achieve your goals to be effective. 4. Success will happen if you just give it time - Always the world will not help someone who is not trying to achieve his goals. You have to be really motivated and work towards a goal to make it happen over time. Conclusion Everyone says that you have to stay motivated. Your friends, your colleagues, your relatives say to continue, do not stop. Sometimes, however, you ask, "Why, why should I try it the most when it ends in a disappointment?" Why do you go through something when it hurts? Why do I have to stay motivated? " You have to believe that this time differently. Remember that you can not achieve anything if you give up. Disappointments and failures happen to everyone. The difference between those who achieve their goals and those who do not remains motivated. If you are motivated, just continue. If you continue, you will eventually reach your goal. It is actually possible for a person who suffers from poverty to grow to be motivated and to change almost everything directly into a life of wealth. Motivation gives us the passion we all need to explore our selections in daily life, as well as the courage to let these aspirations go to reality. It is a scientific fact - something in motion tends to keep moving. Momentum builds up quickly and can lead to great results. Suddenly you work not only for the purpose but also to keep your streak alive. You get even more reasons to reach your goal and practice more to stay motivated. Sometimes there are not many benefits, or in the current economy, many benefits and benefits are removed. It seems that you not only work harder to keep your job, but you have to do more for less money. Although some argue that it is difficult to stay motivated in situations like these, you should try to think about the bigger picture. In times like this, it's a good time to remember that the benefits were never the reason you liked the job. Nobody gets up in the morning and says: "I am really excited to go to the office because there is free coffee."
