Chelsey This time of year is full of reasons to gather. We gather with friends. We gather with family. We gather around one table. We gather on the floor. We gather to celebrate the year and we gather to remember those we miss dearly. Sometimes the reasons to gather are overwhelming and this season is often met with the “I can’t handle one more thing on my calendar” attitude. It’s true, we don’t have time to do every thing, but what we can do is be fully present at those gatherings we attend making them memorable and meaningful. Annie Claire Anyone who knows me knows I love a good party. More often than not, my house is the base for all family gatherings and I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. The chaos of the holidays is nostalgic to me. It brings be back to my large family gatherings as a child - rushing to open presents and loving how close we all were in that moment. As you gather this season, take a look around. Take in the screaming children and burnt bread. Celebrate with the ones around you and savor every minute.
