Child care?) Once you've listed your needs, ask your family, friends, co-workers, family doctor or other health care practitioners if they can recommend a good gym. Next, try doing an Internet search to find a fitness Centre in your area. The Centre’s website will have information to help you determine if it meets your requirements.
