Troutarama!
2015 marks the 59th year of the Baldwin Troutarama. The event — July 15-19 — has grown to include a children’s fishing derby, softball tournament, concerts, entertainment tent, carnival rides by Schmidt Amusements, a grand parade featuring the famous Scottville Clown Band (and concert), a 5k race and much more. Troutarama is one of the highlights of the summer and acknowledges the area’s rich fishing history, including the first planting of trout in the Baldwin River in 1884. To learn more about the event, visit www.troutarama.com.
