3 OR’s for general procedures Procedure Suite for injections Orthopedic clinic plus support spaces Instrument processing will be on site Separate areas for Phase 1 Recovery and Patient Prep/Phase 2 Recovery

Vibrant Fabric CARE Orthopedics’ new design concept, vibrant fabric, is inspired by the intertwining of raw fibers that become stronger when together. Architectural forms, module systems, and collaborative space planning will promote a stable, human-centered environment. The refined spacial organization will maintain privacy and uphold health code standards to best support healing. The interweaving of staff and patients will create a vibrant atmosphere in public and private areas, strengthening all parts of the process.

RESTAURANT The project focuses on applying the design process to develop a restaurant within a hotel built in the neoclassical style in 1910. Group Project with Sam Haak • Research, location, history, demographic, persona, menu, branding and identity. • Show concept parti in plan. • Articulate Restaurant branding.

Butcher & The Boar Inspired by the Smoked, Double Cut Duroc Pork Chop we developed Contoured Frame. A sculpted community enveloped by raw surroundings is the intent for the Butcher in the Boar restaurant located in The Ludlow hotel, on Hanover street in North End Boston. The history of the city will subtly infuse its way into the interiors through warm rich tones and neoclassical elements, while keeping the strong Butcher and the Boar brand. Intimate seating alcoves will outline the interior of the restaurant, while centrally located community seating allow for a social experience.

BOUTIQUE HOTEL

• Building model in Revit • Develop lobby and guest suites • Articulate hotel branding

The Ludlow Hotel The classical printing style of American Literature Books in Boston inspired the overall design story SMUDGE; imprinted layers swept by local texture. The concept smudge ties back to the ink pressed and then beginning to smudge - blurring letters from crisp lines to feathered marks. This smudging movement inspired the gradient color palette, textural surfaces, and layered materiality. Sweeping architectural elements and blending of spaces allude to the thick ink smudging across the layered pages. The local texture within the space ties back to the historic parts of North End Boston with locally sourced materials and art.

This project was in conjunction with my Intro to Revit course. All items in this project were built and rendered in Revit. The project focus was to engage passersby with a unique facade within a larger building, researching location and company branding. • Build model in Revit • Create all furniture in Revit families • Render 3D views in Revit

The Sonder Shaker

SKETCHUP

Sonder shaker’s bar at the Minneapolis Airport alludes to sonder; the casual connections that accrue between friends or strangers, similar to two different paths crossing for a brief moment. This new cocktail lounge will maintain Sonder Shaker’s vibes through light, open yet intimate spaces, and grounded with natural materials. The key structural elements will represent Sonder Shaker’s diverse and local roots in a radial encounter. The radial center acts as the focus and meeting point of all who encounter the bar.

The design of the bar compliments the new location which encounters two crossing lines creating a radial connection between people and the environment.
