According to the Center For Disease Control (CDC) MRSA is an antibiotic resistant type of staph infection that is now responsible for more US deaths than AIDS. It is contracted by contact with infected surfaces. (2008) MRSA CAN KILL!! Athletes are some of the people who are most at risk for MRSA infections.
