Curator Review
Two Cameras, One Pocket
This absolutely fantastic contemporary portrait is a triumph in ‘perspective’. Moncada has strategically poised both her figure and the viewer as her ‘subjects’, creating a piece that celebrates the narrative of attitude, aspect and being. Her attention to detail whilst letting the paint speak in loose strokes and thin washes, gives depth and warmth to the entire piece, keeping the viewer transfixed. -E.E. Jacks Córdoba Spain
