Tellus Group has been successfully providing quality educational services since 2003, and also through the Plymouth English Centre for 20 years. Comprehensive Service >> Increased Supervision We provide comprehensive services at no additional cost. Working closely with our European partners enables us to offer an excellent price to quality ratio and to deliver increased supervision for all key components of language training programmes: Language training, social and cultural activities, clean and comfortable accommodation and local hospitality.
Cultural Immersion >> Language Skills & Motivation We believe that language training based on cultural immersion is the best way of achieving language proficiency. Combining intensive courses with host family accommodation, sports and cultural activities results in a highly successful educational scheme. Students benefit not only from rapid increase in their language skills but also from additional motivation to learn, communicate and integrate.
Intensive Language Training Our programmes offer 10 - 25 language lessons per week to provide students with the opportunity to use and practice vital communication skills. These lessons are provided by our local partners who are recognised by the language training authorities in their respective countries, similar to the British Council in the UK. Teachers delivering the language lessons are native speakers with the necessary qualifications, and extensive experience.

LANGUAGE TRAINING ABROAD FOR UK STUDENTS This led to the creation of Tellus Languages Abroad offering youths and adults from the UK the opportunity to study languages abroad, in addition to European Vocational Training opportunities.

Our experience in providing immersion language training for overseas students coming to the UK, has prompted us to offer a similar opportunity for UK students undergoing language training abroad.
TRUSTED PARTNERS Years of successfully working with European Union Lifelong Learning Programmes (LdV, Gruntvig and VETPRO) has resulted in the development of tested and proven methods of assessment and the establishment of networks of international partners we are proud to work with. All courses are provided by our carefully chosen local partners: Ciel Brittany in Brest, Alfmed in Perpignan, Lacunza International House in San Sebastian, Camino in Barcelona, CICA
in Almunecar and Grenada, Centro Machiavelli in Florence and Astur in Berlin. They all have many years experience in language training and providing cultural immersion base services, and are recognized by the Language Training Authorities in their countries (fulfilling a similar role to the British Council in the UK). They are also members of internationally acclaimed language training associations, thus guaranteeing the highest level of service possible.
