One-point contact for all equipment in your facility Within 6 business hours response assurance Provision of standby equipment within 48 hours* Repair or replacement of your equipment depending on the nature of defect Email and telephonic support Preventive maintenance through periodic facility checkups On-site support engineers (available on request)
* The standby equipment provided will be similar (but not always identical) to the unit replaced. Available in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.
