‘A little girl is wiser than a man’ by

awaharlal Nehru once said, “Children are the future of any nation.” We, children, often do not realise that we have enormous potential to change the world. In Leo Tolstoy’s words, “A little girl is wiser than a man.” It is all about the mindset, isn’t it? For every parent, a child will always be a child no matter how big he grows or how old he becomes. But, if we show our parents that we are responsible children, their trust in us grows manifold and we soon realise they start to learn a few things from us.

Parents teach children a whole host of things in life. But, according to our teen guest writer, parents can also learn a lot from their little ones.
There are many things parents can learn from children. It depends on how they understand their children rather than undermining them. Children go through a multitude of emotions. Even little things can make them angry. But, they never carry that anger forward. It barely lasts a few minutes. In simple words, children find easy reasons to patch up, something parents can learn. I have seen my dad lose his cool with a friend and not talk to him for several days. I keep wondering why he can’t forget and forgive, and simply move on.
