In great scriptures of the world 4 ways in which soul rejuvenation takes place is mentioned. They are:
1)
SPRITUAL PRACTICES
2)
SCRIPTURAL STUDIES
3)
SELF RESTRAINT
4)
SELFLESS SERVICE TO THE WORLD
1) SPIRITUAL PRACTICES: It is improper that we ignore worship of Almighty God in our daily schedule of activities. Even if our psyche does not get focused fully yet we should make spiritual practices or Sadhana a daily routine. Whenever anyone attains soul energy its basis has been worship of God with faith on a daily footing. It does not matter if we worship Almighty God who is all pervasive, neutral full of justice and who showers happiness or sadness on us based on what type of good/vile actions we execute only for 15 minutes. Yet we should worship him daily even if it means doing so while we are awake or sleeping. The question is how inclined are we to meditate and worship God. Even if one’s attraction for the spiritual path is very little yet bliss keeps increases as days pass by.
True meaning of meditation does not include superficial worship rituals or praying to the Lord to fulfill our selfish desires. The meaning of Upasana or meditation means sitting in the vicinity of Almighty God. If we sit near fire we get warmth from it and if we sit near a huge slab of ice we get coolness from it. Thus true worship and meditation on Almighty God increases divinity in us along with godliness. The ultimate goal of all worship/prayer is to render divine our aspirations and behavior. If this actually happens man conjoins to that great Cosmic Divine Power and thus gets endowed with infinite divine energy.
