COMMENTS The idea of creating courts and folly and connecting various levels looks great. The infrastructure cost of creating an elevated park can be very high as compared to the impact that it may have on the project. More focus to be given to project rather than the urban design which can be a later development. The noise below the railway track is not a good place to create living spaces or spaces for children.
