INTERNSHIP WORK

INDUSTRIAL PROJECT As part of my internship, I did my training in Bangalore, with the export house CHAMUNDI SILKS LIMITED for 70 days on their running project which was targeted for UK, AMERICA and EUROPE with HOME FURNISHING fabrics.

RESEARCH and INSPIRATION

MANUAL CANOVAS internationally renowened for the amazing quality of the textiles and vivid colours. The luxurious weaves and stunning colours, large scale, very romantic prints and beautiful wallpapers.

Surfaces which I created includes techniques of HAND EMBROIDERY, MACHINE EMBROIDERY, DIGITAL PRINTING, SCREEN PRINTING and JACQUARD.

STRIPE OF BIRDS For this another BIRD layout was to create camouflage within the geometric pattern where one could see birds originating from simple triangles and polygons. for surfaces the technique is digital print for the geometric lines and embroidery for the birds.
