Clients include the City of Livonia, the Archdiocese of Detroit, and General Motors. • Design and document a 500 sq. ft. security gate building with a FEMA 360 tornado shelter. • Assist in construction management of restroom renovations at the DTW North Terminal.

Tasks include: • Develop original and creative solutions and constructions with minimal direction related to a 3,600 sq. ft. retail space within Citi Field, NY. • Produce complete and accurate documents for the construction of projects, including sketches, drawings, material specifications, etc; submit them for approval to the Engineering Manager and Project Manager. • Provide explanations and interpretations to clarify as needed. • Act as project leader within the Engineering department to manage the project / work with other engineering detailers participating in the project. • Amend drawings to include as-built conditions.

Construction Administration • Responsible for RFI and submittal review. • Created and distributed ASI’s, Addendums, and Bulletins. • Estimated change order costs and proposed alternative cost effective design solutions. • Issued and created Punch lists and Notices of Non-Conformance (NCN). • Reviewed Pay Applications (AIA G702/703) and schedule of value reports. with the Site Superintendent. Architectural Design • Aided in the architectural and lighting design for a 60,000 sq. ft. saw tooth canopy structure to shelter a proposed transit hub. (Syracuse, NY) • Developed conceptual design and created presentation documents for a 6,900 sq. ft. transit hub. (Painesville, OH) • Primary support for the conceptual site design and bus safety analysis of a proposed transit hub. (Miami, FL) • Aided in site and functional analysis for a proposed 100,000 sq. ft. administration building and attached parking garage. (Detroit, MI) • Assist in the site and schematic design of five separate bus and rail facilities as a part of the proposed Red Rocks Commuter rail system. (St. Paul, MN) • Supported the conceptual site design of several proposed commuter rail and bus transit facilities. Project Management • Assist in the coordination of professional consultants, general contractors, and local utility companies to successfully design and permit three small transit hubs and improve 180 bus stops along 8 Mile. (Detroit, MI) • Conducted programming interviews to determine user needs for a proposed 100,000 sq. ft. administration building. (Detroit, MI)
