• Big Pop - Microphone is plugged in after Power Amp is on, Volume up. • Can blow speakers or amp

• Squeal/Distortion – Amplified feed back from speakers to microphone • Microphone – Uni-Direction (avoid feedback) cone of collection • Orientation – of Mic and Speakers

Channel Controls Gain or Trim Dial - 1st dial the signal hits - During rehearsal at a loud volume, Press the Pre Bata Level Button (PFL) - This routes the channel signal to the signal strength meter on the right - Adjust the Gain until it is just peaking into the Yellow when singer is at a loud note! - Make sure signal never hits the RED otherwise signal will be distorted. - PFL button works weather the - channel button is muted or not EQ PFL Button routes sound to the Headphone You can listen to each channel Separately You can adjust the EQ to your liking

Master EQ – Equalizer • FBQ button – Feedback EQ • Main/Mon1 – Allows you to apply the EQ to the main output or the monitors • EQ button turns the equalizer on or off . When the button is pushed, the LED on the EQ sliders becomes a cheap Spectrum Analyzer • As sound comes thru the system any loud sound will light up the light on the corresponding frequency eg voice 160 -400Hz range. • Lights allows you to identify what frequency causing feedbacks

Effects Processor • Dial in the effects number you need on the knob and push it in for it to take effect • FX IN Button turns the Effect on or off • Knobs sends effect to various buses
