The Arctic Hotel The Rovanimei is one of those cities that seems to come straight out of a fairy tale. It is the capital of Finnish lapland, located a few kilometers from the Arctic Circle.The program was set to replace the previuos hotel and build a new one. The new building is designed over the old building to avoid cutting more trees. The site is on the pinnacle of a hill facing trees and a ski resort. The idea comes from a simple box over the footprints of the previuos building, modified for the new one. To use the most out of the view, the box is cutted to add a private terrace for every room. The ground floor is wrapped with a glass wall to capture the sun light in the day and the stars in night.

Kurgi Observation Tower The Kurgi farm is a family farm located in the North Vidzeme Biosphere Reserve near the Latvian-Estonian border. It is home to a unique kind of horse, the Latvian Ardennes. The farm is visited by thousands of tourists every year. The idea of the obsevation tower comes from a paradox. The contradiction of modern life represented by steel and mother nature represented by the fram. The tower is a simple box-shaped structure extended with t terraces in two sides in every floor to add more indication of a every part of the farm. The ground floor works as a serving floor, covered with glass wall with a restaurant inside.

Abu Dhabi Visitor Center The Al Wathba Wetland Reserve is a nature reserve consisting of both natural and manmade bodies of water located 40 km southeast of central Abu Dhabi. The visitor center is like a cutted part of the desert dunes, working as canopy to provide shelter and shadow for the visitors from the sharp and direct sun light of Abu Dhabi. The top roof is designed wider than the lower roof to provide a full shadow. The whole structure is an open two story building in order to help the air flow and a full 360 degree view to the wetlands.

ایــن خطــوط روی دو وجــه بیرونــی ســاختمان اســتوارند در حالــی کــه دو وجه پنهان ســاختمان یعنــی دیوارهــای مــرزی بــا همســایگان هــم چنــان بــه عنــوان وجــه بــی اهمیــت ســاختمان بــدون برنامــه رهــا شــده انــد . بــا امتــداد خطــوط اولیــه نمــا روی ایــن ســطوح ،ایــده خطــوط متنافــر بــه حجــم کلــی بنــا بســط داده مــی شــود و ارتبــاط میــان اجـزای ســاختمان بــا یکدیگــر پدیــد مــی آیــد .
