PRESIDENTIAL TOWER

The is a residential apartment located in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore. It’s a Tallest residential Apartment in South India, consisting of 50 story with a height of 160m and an area of 13lakh SFT with building Foorprint of 10,463 SFT. The amenities such as Pool, Gym, Meditation Deck, Outdoor Deck,Observatory, Party Deck etc. are designed on 50h floor •The site area of the building is 54,511 SQM, with a permissible FAR of 3.25 and the FAR achieved is 3.24. there are total 368 units with 12 nos of ews units and 3 basements for the parking and services.

My Role :

• Part of a team who handled the project. • Worked on Construction drawings, Floor plans, sections, chord sections, elevations, details. • Coordinating with Consultants. • Prepared Design Brief Report.

The total site area is 1580 SQM with 45m wide road on the North and 24m wide on East.The site is eligible for a FAR 3.25 and Permissible Ground coverage is 0.50 the Maximum height of the building is to be within 12.05m. The Building is designed for B+G+3flrs, where Basement accommodates services and Car parking. •Ground Floor accommodates Commercial space, service core. 1st to 3rd Floor accommodates office spaces and service core.

My Role :

• Part of a team who handled the project. • Worked on GFC drawings set in a very short deadline. • Coordinating with Site engineer and Consultants. • Attended meeting with Consultants and Clients.

RUSTIC WOOD consists of main block having lower ground(Basement), Ground

floor & First floors with sloped roof, and two other blocks consisting of rooms at lower & upper floor in a sloped terrain at western ghats near Kalasa, Chikamagalur. This building contains Multipurpose hall, SPA rooms, Suite rooms and landscpaing in lower ground level. Reception, restarunt, infinity pool, kitchen in Ground level. In firt floor Staff quarters, Staff dinning and rooms with view to western ghats with Slope roof. •All internel and external wall are of cement board with MS frameworks with glass canopy in Balcony.

WATERIN HOLE is located in Indira Nagar is a Rooftop pub, Bangalore. The idea was

to design a retro bar that stood out from others. Existing Steel structural members double up the aesthetical value to the interior column members representing tree branching out and as the main support system. • Waterin hole consists of two levels terrace and mezzanine floor with Bar counter, Kitchen, store, Restrooms, AC room, Makeshift dance floor, 4 types of seaters.

• Worked under Studio Head from concept to Construction drawings. • Worked on Complete GFC set, Sketchup views & walkthrough and making a presentation. • Coordinating with Contractors, Consultants, and vendors • Attending meeting with Client & Consultants. • Site visits, Making measured drawings.

Existing Steel Structure is have been designed as a tree structure where 60% of Perforation is made in the sheet which also helps in acoustics by Absorbing excess noise and Introducing lights in the perforation make the tree as an art piece in the night.

Reeds have been designed as the main partition which flows along with the tree structure as our name suggests.

Screen has been designed with mezzanine floor to hide OHT, ACP sheets with perforation and lights backlights to lid up the zone

Mezzanine Floor Bar counter has been designed according to the theme where human gets more active kind of ambiance adding mood to space with the natural elements around

Shades of Brown with a dash of orange have been used in the interior with the theme of a waterin hole. Reeds have been used as a partition with lights to create the ambiance.

Separate Light has been designed into the ceiling which merges with the steel member, Light has been installed inside a square tube with flaps at angles to deflect indirect light which glows in the space

ble height foyer, Kitchen, dining, 4bedroom, Family room.Residence situated in a suburban area with savanna landmass. Its a residence for a family with separate chill out spaces. Vastu plays the main role in Schematic development, with the Horizontal member as the main element in massing.

My Role:

FEMIINT HEALTH is the first of several high-end specialty clinics to have been set up

in Bangalore and eventually to be set up across the south. The building is of with steel Structure comprises a basement for staff parking and services, three floors of treatment and consultation related functions and a rooftop cafeteria. The floors are designed to maximize circulation and wayfinding efficiencies, with varying degrees of visibility and access, as patients and visitors move from the front edges of the building towards treatment zones at the rear. •These public edges of the building on three levels combined to form an expressive glass feature on the facade, much like a graft, almost metaphorically revealing the structural exoskeleton.

My Role :

•Part of a team who handled the project from schematic to design development phase. •Worked on the detailed design and GFC drawings- Floor plans, sections, elevations, joinery details.

Design Brief:

National Level competition held by Birla white Yuvaratna as well academic time project, the brief is to Design space with a basic learning environment (For standard 1st to 10th), including both residential and recreational facilities for students and the faculty. This will also have to accommodate 50 orphan students in the campus in to their design

Concept:

• The site is located in Pune, the site area of 24,000 Sqm. Site experience Tropical we & dry climate where South experiences more amount of radiation due to his topography.The microclimate of the site is induced by the river BHIMA, which is adjacent to the site. • The design was approached with the traditional ways in mind with the touch of contemporary architecture to achieve sustainability. The design is evolved based on all climatic factors with basic principle “FORM FOLLOWS CLIMATE “. One such concept was the use of pitched roof designed to achieve maximum north lighting to make the learning environment more productive. • The six fundamental principle’s followed in design are – environmental consideration, conservation of natural resources, optimum operation and maintenance, recycle, energy efficiency. • Sustainability = Environment + Economy + Society SITE ELEVATION

Design Brief:

Boutique Hotel is a time project along with urban study-9th sem. The design is to accomodate 85rooms of 4 types and to provide all the facilities like Restaurants, Boutique Hall, meeting rooms, bar, Leisure, Pool, Health centre, Gift Shops etc..

CONCEPT: TRANSCENDENCE-experience beyond the normal. The planning is achieved in terms

of user experience at different levels of the building varies with respect to the Landscape created inside and outside the spaces. Floor plans have also designed in terms of providing a different experience to the user where a special type of jalli is designed to create privacy for the users.

SITE is located in city of mumbai ,India. The design brief is accommodate 10 companies (manpower of 6500, total area of 25,000 sq. mts min). A plot of 12 acres is given along with the FSI of 1.00 in the collective campus for all businesses. Along with the work spaces, Leisure and health Zone, Board rooms, Auditorium, Guest House, Cafeteria etc needs to be designed . FORM MASSING
