Everyone intuitively understands how to open, tilt or lock a window. The single handed operation as developed by SIEGENIA-AUBI has prevailed as the global standard. This family business has been innovating in the fenestration industry for four generations and traditionally our goal has been to add functionality to windows and doors to create light airy welcoming rooms. If less is more, nothing is everything
If one applies the Bauhaus design concept “Less is more� to the extreme, then what is visible must be the perfect shape. In fact, the present architectural trend seems to confirm this paradox: frames are becoming increasingly slimmer, window sizes larger and hinge pivot points are almost invisibly incorporated. SIEGENIA-AUBI recognised this trend at an early stage. Many of the necessary technological innovations implemented by our company have resulted in aesthetically pleasing safe functional designs. Slimline profile elevations and completely concealed hinges add to the clear expression of form and flowing lines in modern glass architecture. The axxent hardware system opens up a world of design flexibility for architects and planning engineers.
Outweighing other factors this hardware has a lightness in design. There is a strong trend towards buildings with large-scale glass facades and they require hardware technology with optimal load-bearing capacity. The LM-D300 supports Turn-Only sashes of up to 300 kg which can be operated manually or motor-driven.
Modern design and reassuringly strong, this hinge is an ideal solution for projects in commercial and residential construction developments. With elegant aesthetics and intelligent functions, the LM GLOBE RR handle creates new design freedom for contemporary architectural concepts. The ring rosette gives the handle an unmistakable design and underlines the clear linear architecture in modern aluminium windows. That apart, it is particularly easy and effective to install.
Aesthetics meet convenience on large Lift&Slide doors. Opening widths of up to 12 m and overall widths of over 19 m create a flowing transition from the garden or terrace to the interior of the house. Whether timber, PVC-U, aluminium or all-glass structures: sash weights up to 400 kg can be safely specified.
The highest design requirements call for solutions with meticulous attention to detail. On the magnetic doorlock, the latch is retracted in the main-lock casing. It engages magnetically only when the door is closed and it latches the door leaf securely. And all of this without any impact noise; this is a concept which is acoustically appealing.

In terms of thermal insulation, our threshold for Lift&Slide elements goes far beyond the requirements for the ‘EnEV’ energy saving regulation. Triple glazing and sash profiles up to 92 mm can be combined for environmentally friendly U-values. The reliable thermal break prevents the formation of condensation and promotes a pleasant interior climate.
Demand orientated fresh air supply with verifiable energy efficiency: the thermal operating efficiency of 62 % reduces heating costs noticeably with minimal operational noise. It can be installed above or below the window as well as on it’s side and can be optimally adapted to the building structure by means of variable lengths and depths.
The targeted regulation of a windows tilt opening-depth is a straightforward but efficient way of ventilating in an energy saving and need-based manner. Depending on the weather, the energy saving stay enables occupants to change between summer and winter ventilation, reduces the heat loss through air and promotes a pleasant room climate.

An integrated heat exchanger ensures effective heat recovery of up to 73 % in ventilation operation. Compelling features are the sound insulation, the clinically tested pollen filter and the automatic temperature and moisture control. Thanks to its easy to install design, the AEROVITAL is also well suited for refurbishment projects.
“Green Building” with the guiding principles - energy efficiency and sustainability is more than the sum of its parts. It is the clever crosslinking and the interaction of the hardware to achieve environmental improvement or installing need-based ventilation technology to maximise on synergies - with the extensive product portfolio of a single-source supplier.

Security solutions up to BRG2* (‘WK2’) and higher can be achieved with this hardware system with the unique ‘Comfort’ mushroom cam from the TITAN product family. Further more this virtually wear-resistant locking technology offers a smooth operation.
To provide the maximum protection in door locking use our robust round steel bolts and tapered swivel hooks providing you with the highest security. We can also recommend the tried and tested modular system offering a diversity of variation to provide the solution required. KFV locks are available for all profiles, single or double-leaf doors, key or lever handle operated.

This intelligent locking system combines the convenience of state-of-the-art electronics with the securing force of a mechanical multi-point locking system for domestic and business applications. From remote control units, transponders or radio transmitters right up to cross-linking with alarm systems and time switches.
Fully automated Lift&Slide elements increase the quality of life and living. The MHS400 also opens and closes large balcony-doors up to 400 kg - fast, quiet and conveniently including time-dependent night ventilation control and programmable opening widths. And two-sashed doors are not a problem.
The fully automated drive unit for Tilt-Only and fanlight windows provides upmarket ease of operation in harmony with strong design orientation for building facades. The clear aesthetics of the opener being in the rebate area go handin hand with full functionality. Opening, closing and tilting is easily triggered at the push of a button.

With an assembly height of only 19 mm, the threshold for Lift&Slide elements is designed with the needs of the disabled in mind, in accordance with DIN 18025. Nothing stands in the way of barrier-free passage. Without any additional expenditure - a ready-made solution without corners and sharp edges: Barrier-free is aesthetically pleasing and with its thermal insulation it is also energy efficient.
A well-proven solution having been used in numerous large construction projects, the ventilator provides a fresh air supply with sound reduction and filtration. With its four different easy to change air filters, it contributes to improving air quality, room climate, is energy efficient as quiet as a whisper with an attractive design.
The ambient air quality is an important factor for both well-being and productivity. For needs-based and energy saving ventilation, SENSOAIR monitors numerous ambient air contaminants and if a standard value is exceeded, it triggers a wall or window ventilator and can also control motorised window drive-units.
