BEST SUNLESS TAN FOR FACE OR BODY

The Self Tan Clear Water Mousse, our new-gen, hydrating formulation has won Silver in the Best Sunless Tan for Face or Body category of the Get the Gloss Beauty Awards 2022. This vegan formulation contains no guide colour, meaning no development stain transfer.

A PERFECT MASSAGE

TWO THREE

Start by creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for the massage. Dim lighting, soothing music, and a warm room temperature can help achieve this whilst waiting for the candle wax to melt. The room will be filled with rose geranium, sandalwood and lavender aromas.

After leaving the candle to burn until the wax pools to the edge of the tin , extinguish and wait 2 minutes . Then test the temperature of the wax by dripping a small amount onto the back of your hand . This will ensure the wax is not too hot for your client's skin.

TOP TIPS FOR ONE FOUR FIVE SIX

Use firm, circular motions during the massage to work the wax into the skin. Be sure to pay attention to areas that tend to hold tension such as the shoulders, neck and lower back. While massaging, a small amount of pressure helps increase circulation and soothe sore muscles.

Remember that you should always communicate with your client during the massage, making sure that the pressure and temperature of the wax is comfortable for them.

Use the massage candle in combination with other massage techniques such as Swedish or deep tissue, to enhance the relaxation and therapeutic benefits for your clients.

Finish the massage by providing a warm towel to remove any wax residue
