Overview Investment

The proposal is for the sale of our Huapai Showhome, in the form of an investment property, which is then leased back to Signature Homes West & North-West Auckland.

The lease agreement is for two years. Property management and maintenance and the costs associated with this, including phone, electricity, water, and garden & lawn maintenance are the responsibility of Signature Homes, for the duration of the lease period. Insurance of the home is the responsibility of the homeowner.
