Overview Investment

The proposal is for the sale of our Park Green Showhome, in the form of an investment property, which is then leased back to Signature Homes Papakura & Franklin.

The sale lease agreement is for a minimum of a 24-month period, with right of renewal by Signature Homes Papakura & Franklin for a further 12-months. During the lease period the Showhome will be staged, and immaculately presented to be used as a selling tool.

The agreement can be by way of a Deed Of Lease or a Residential Rental Agreement.
