Project assessment Signature Homes collaborates with highly skilled experts who have extensive experience in residential development. Our team consists of professionals such as quantity surveyors, urban designers, civil engineers, landscape architects, and more. Depending on the project’s scale, we leverage the necessary resources, partnering with reputable entities that align with Signature Homes’ exceptional standards. Under the leadership of Signature Homes, our team of expert subcontractors initiate the process by evaluating the land and formulating a range of solutions to maximise its potential as an appealing residential offering. We take into consideration the land’s natural elements, the target audience, access points and conduct a comprehensive market analysis to gauge the overall demand for a residential offering in the area. Phase one includes a project services fee which is quoted based on the level of work involved.
PHASE 02:
Design concepts and pricing After completing our site assessment, we will progress to the design concepts phase. During this phase, we will carefully consider the ideal residential property typologies that best suits the target market. Among the options to be explored are single-family homes,

We recognise the significance of our natural spaces and view them as a taonga, a treasure, that we share a collective responsibility to restore and preserve for generations to come. We acknowledged that accurately measuring the carbon emissions produced during the construction of a typical home was a complex task. As a result, we enlisted the expertise of a sustainability specialist to conduct a comprehensive assessment of our sector's home-building footprint. This assessment examined a range of factors, including supply chain and material sourcing, transportation and fuel, and production. The research showed us that, on average, the construction of a single home resulted in emissions that can be mitigated by planting 45 native trees per build. With the aim of minimising our environmental impact, we have partnered with Trees That Count to donate critical funds for the cultivation and planting of native trees for every home we build. In doing so, we hope to counterbalance the emissions generated during the construction process and make a positive contribution to a greener, more sustainable future.
